Day 1: Friday 19th April 2019 Australia Home- Kuala Lumpur

Departing Australia in the morning and later afternoon arrival Kuala Lumpur and join the 2019 ACCMA/ACMA ASM – programme.

Day 4: Monday 22nd April 2019 Kuala Lumpur– Fuzhou/Xiamen Post Trip (D)

Drs who join post- conference tour to Xiamen: Meet at the hotel lobby and transfer to KUL airport for the flight to Fuzhou – the capital city of Fujian province. Upon arrival, we will coach transfer to Xiamen-- a sub-provincial city in south eastern Fujian, China, beside the Taiwan Strait. The Xiamen city is known for its mild climate, Hokkien culture and colonial architecture, as well as was ranked as China's 2nd-"most suitable city for living" and China's "most romantic leisure city" in 2011. Welcome dinner. Overnight Xiamen.

Day 5: Tuesday 23rd April 2019 Xiamen-Gulangyu Islet Tour (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we take 15 minutes ferry to one of the Fujian top ten scenic spot known as the "Garden on the Sea", "Architecture of the World" and have ‘Piano Island’ reputation -Gulangyu Island. We will visit Shuzhuang Garden and Piano Museum, the largest piano museum in Asia, Hulishan Fortress, Xiamen University overview, Golden Island Ring Road. We also have free time shopping in Gulangyu Islet Commercial Street and tasting local snacks. In the evening, we enjoy the famous show Xiamen Magic Min Nan Shen Yun Performance. Transfer back to the same hotel for overnight.

Day 6: Wednesday 24th April 2019 Xiamen –Yongding Fujian Hakka Earth Dwellings (B/L/D)

After breakfast in the hotel, we are going to visit one of the famous "World Cultural Heritage" group dwellings of Hakka Earthen Houses. Hakka Earthen Houses, or called Halla Tuloi in Chinese, represent a vernacular architecture specific to Jiangxi, Fujiang and Guangdong provinces following the flow of the Hakka people from central China to the south. Those communal houses made of compacted earth were built not only to provide the cunning tricks of defense in old time but also have the function of quakeproof, fire prevention, guarding against wild animals and have good ventilation and lighting. It is praised as a magnificent architectural work of village houses- unique style, smart structure and magnificent scale in the world for long history. We will tour Zhencheng Building, Kuiju Building, Rusheng Building and Fuyu Building. Overnight Yongding.

Day 7: Thursday 25th April 2019 Yongding to Xiamen (B/L/D)

After breakfast, walking along the country road, we have a bird view of the rice field. We have chance to visit the local primary school to see the local education. Then we drive back to Xiamen. We will have a stroll at Zeng Cuo An Village, a former fishing settlement, now is regarded as a very representative of the original ecological village of Minnan and see what the area's vendor's have to offer--from fish and other fresh foods to clothes, souvenirs, jewellery, and textiles - an authentic outdoor shopping experience. We have the change to try the local food. Overnight Xiamen.

Day 8: Friday 26th April 2019 Xiamen- Kinmen Island (Taiwan) - Xiamen (B/L/D)

After breakfast we take ferry to Kinmen Island – now open to tourists. We visit Shuitou ancient buildings- Combined Chinese and western architecture-Deyue tower, Kinmen's oldest primary school, Mashan Observation Station and Zhaishan tunnel linked to coast - vessels mainly used to supply the army in the war during last century- were in and out of the tunnel according to the tide. We also visit Kinmen peanut candy, watching the manufacturing process of Gong sugar; Kinmen National Park – Zhongshan Memorial Forest. Here we can find all kinds of the display of weapons; visit Kinmen Herbal Medicine- A root belonging to multiple leguminous plant and only having a main root, good for aching muscles Soothing effect. We take ferry back to Xiamen and transfer to hotel for overnight in Xiamen.

Day 9: Saturday 27th April 2019 Departure Xiamen via KUL to Australia (B)

After breakfast, we check-out. We will visit South Putuo temple, a famous Buddhist holy land built in Tang Dynasty thousand years ago. Then we drive through the famous sightseeing road located in the southeast of Xiamen Island known as Xiamen Islet-Ring Road. Along the road, we can enjoy unparalleled glimpses of beautiful coastline and sea of Xiamen Islet. It is important that you read and understand the following conditions before making your booking. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Four-Zs Travel & Tours Pty. Ltd.

Itinerary and costs

Post- conference tour to Xiamen: Approximate: $3280.00p.p. twin share and single supplement is $480.00p.p.

Price does not include: Travel insurance and personal expenses. Kuala Lumpur Conference Segment cost is not included as well.

Important Notes: This price is based on a minimum No. of passengers travelling together. If the No. of passengers decreases, we need to either re-cost or cancel this tour. In the event that change(s) cause the tour to be substantially different than the initial price quoted, the passenger has the right to withdraw from the tour. But some airline and/or hotel deposits may be forfeited.

Four-Zs Travel & Tours Pty Ltd reserves the right to change carries, itinerary and to vary the price to cover any significant increase in air fare, fuel surcharge, foreign exchange currency valuations, government taxes and charges, or other tour related tariffs and costs before the final confirmation. Flight schedules are correct at the time of printing. Any changes are outside of the control of Four-Zs Travel & Tours. Should the itinerary and tour costs change as a result of schedule changes, the passenger will bear the differences.

Cancellation Clause

Usually the following condition will be applied when we have enough No. of people to departure this tour. Then all bookings for this tour are subject to cancellation fees as outlined below:

60+ Days: 75% of tour cost, plus any fees already paid by us to land operators, suppliers, hotels or airlines.

0+ Days: 100% cancellation fees. Cancellation of either all or part of the services by individuals within the group will also incur 100%cancellation penalty. After Departure: 100% cancellation fees. There is no refund applicable on unused services on a group or individual basis.

Medical Requirements and Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. If you have alternate insurance arrangements, we will require proof of a policy or a signed Travel Insurance Declaration Form.

It is essential that you seek medical advice from your doctor or from a medical clinic that specialize in travel medicine in regard to the current vaccinations that may be necessary for the areas that you will be visiting or consult the Traveler’s Medical & Vaccination Centre in your capital city by phoning 1300 658 844.

Passport Validity & Visa Requirements

Your passport must be valid for at least six months validity from the date of departure Xiamen on 27th April 2019. Depending on your Nationality, a visa may be required prior to departing Australia. Please check with us.

Responsibilities

Four-Zs Travel & Tours Pty Ltd is not itself a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. The services that the company supplies consist of arranging and coordinating accommodation, tours and transfers, making bookings to be redeemed by land tour operators / suppliers. We exercise every care in the selection of reputable airlines, tour operators, hotels and other suppliers of the various travel services used in this tours. Four-Zs travel Pty Ltd will do its best to ensure all arrangements are as agreed and only accepts liability, but only to the extent, of if any loss or damage sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees. However, Four-Zs Travel does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise, on the part of the principals (the airlines, hotels, land tour operators, coach companies or service providers) providing any facilities or services described in the tour package in connection with your tour arrangements and over which the company has no direct and exclusive control.
