    Alegerile Guvernatorului Găgăuziei din 30 iunie 2019 Programul electoral al candidatului pentru funcţia de Guvernator al Găgăuziei IRINA VLAH Implementarea programului regional "Acasă în Găgăuzia" Programul vizează întoarcerea şi acomodarea compatrioţilor în UTA Găgăuzia. Participanţii la program şi membrii familiilor acestora vor primi garanţii din partea autorităţilor regionale, sprijin financiar şi beneficii sociale: • Acordarea subvenţiilor în valoare de 40,000 de lei pentru fiecare familie care se întoarce la reşedinţa permanentă în Găgăuzia. • Furnizarea de stimulente pentru ca aceste familii să plătească impozite şi taxe locale. • Alocarea terenurilor pentru construirea şi dezvoltarea afacerilor proprii acestor familii în condiţii preferenţiale. • Asigurarea participării prioritare a familiilor care revin în Patria în programele de sprijin pentru întreprinderile mici şi mijlocii. • Acorda sprijinului familiilor în procesul de acomodare.     The Scientific Journal of Cahul State University “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” Economic and Engineering Studies №. 2 (6), 2019 http://jees.usch.md/ e-mail: [email protected] NATURAL AND ECONOMIC FUNDAMENTALS OF LAND USE (on the example of ATU Gagauzia) PARMACLI Dmitrii, Doctor Habilitatus of Economic Science, professor, Comrat State University, the Republic of Moldova e-mail: [email protected] DUDOGLO Tatiana, PhD in Economics., interim associate professor, Comrat State University, the Republic of Moldova, e-mail: [email protected] Abstract: This work presents an assessment of the current composition of agricultural land in the context of regions and in general for the ATU Gagauzia and it demonstrates the socio-economic role of land in the development of the region. The qualitative characteristics of agricultural land in the autonomy for each settlement, as well as the results of the transfer of land to private ownership and the existing structure of business entities on the basis of land ownership are given. The structure of the sown area of autonomy is presented in the form of a table. The article emphasizes that the achieved land productivity in the autonomy lags significantly behind the potential opportunities of the fertile chernozems of the region, for which the table shows the scientifically-based (potential) and prevailing levels of productivity of the main agricultural crops in the ATU Gagauzia for 2009-2018. Farmers of autonomy achieved fruit yields less than 1/3 of the scientifically based level, yields of corn and winter wheat are slightly higher than 2/5 and 1/2 respectively, sunflower is 2/3 and grapes is almost 3/4.

Söz konusu siyasi değiĢimle birlikte bölge, toplumsal olarak birçok alanda değiĢim ve dönüĢüm yaĢamıĢtır. Bu değiĢim ve dönüĢümler, Gagauz kimliğinin yeniden üretimi ve inĢasını da etkilemiĢtir. Bu çalıĢmada günümüzde Gagauz Yeri Özerk Bölgesi‟nde, yerel coğrafyalarında yaĢayan Gagauz halkının gündelik yaĢamında kimliğini nasıl yeniden ürettiği ve inĢa ettiği araĢtırma konusu edilmiĢtir. Bu doğrultuda nitel araĢtırma yöntemlerinden etnografi tekniği ile alan araĢtırması yapılmıĢtır. Gagauz bireylerin gündelik yaĢamlarında aile, okul, basın-yayın, kilise vb. sosyalleĢme alanlarındaki pratikleri ve eylemleriyle etnik kimliklerini yaĢama, üretme ve aktarma durumları; gözlem, derinlemesine mülakat ve odak grup görüĢmeleri ile anlaĢılmaya çalıĢılmıĢtır. The weak competition in tourist services market, lack of quality management of the development of tourist offer led to the fact that the ratio of price and quality of services makes them unattractive for tourists, mostly tourists spend no more than one day in Gagauzia. • The diaspora of Gagauzia sees the tourism potential of the region, based on the traditions and culture of the people, on the historical and natural heritage.

    Country Situation Analysis for December 24 Risk Assessment 2012 in Republic of Moldova Disaster and Climate Risk Assessment Project of UNDP Moldova Executive Summary Moldova’s economy, population, and environment are highly exposed and vulnerable to natural hazards. Climate change is expected to amplify meteorological hazards in both frequency and intensity. Disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation have been assigned a high priority in joint UN-government programmatic strategies for Moldova (2007-2011 UNDAF Outcome 1.5 “improved readiness to prevent and mitigate natural and manmade disasters and crises”). In this context, UNDP Moldova, with both technical and financial support from Bureau of Crisis Prevention and Recovery (BCPR) and in collaboration with the Government of Moldova, has carried out a two-year project “Disaster and Climate Risk Reduction”. The objective of the project is to contribute to the reduction of disaster and climate risk in Moldova by achieving the following outputs: Disaster and climate risk assessment capacities strengthened and priorities for disaster risk reduction identified at the national level to inform country disaster risk and climate risk management strategies and program development; Vulnerabilities reduced and capacities strengthened to manage climate risks at local level; Capacity of UN Country Team strengthened to manage disaster and climate risks.
