Great progress has been made in the science of pharmacogenetics in providing DNA-based information to clinicians to assist them in determining the right drug. Speaker James L. Kennedy, M.D. will discuss how in the future patients may wish to carry their genetic information with them on a memory card in a similar way to wearing a medical alert bracelet. Starting from Victoria Park Station, this three hour walk follows Taylor-Massey Creek through historic Dentonia Park (Massey family estate) to Forks of the Don and ends at Evergreen Brick Works via Pottery Rd.
