Reasons for Amendment of Designating By-law By-law No. 31872 is being amended to extend the boundaries of the designation by amending the legal description to include the adjoining City-owned McKenzie Parkette, and to revise the Reasons for Designation to reflect the 2005 amendments to the Ontario Heritage Act by including a statement of the cultural heritage value of the property and a description of its heritage attributes.
