Appendix Special stamp issue - "Hong Kong, China - France Joint Issue on Art" on May 3, 2012 This set of 4 stamps and the souvenir sheet are designed by Ms. Aurélie BARAS and Mr. Jason CHUM respectively. The stamps are printed in lithography by Joh. Enschede B.V. of the Netherlands. All philatelic offices will also provide hand-back date-stamping service by the “Philatelic Bureau” pictorial postmark and the philatelic office pictorial postmark concurrently, but the GPO-1 date-stamp will only be available at the General Post Office. The public hall of the Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau will open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 3 May 2012 to provide date-stamping service by the “Philatelic Bureau” pictorial postmark and the special postmark.
