• The project consists of the synthesis of a hydrogel to obtain Doxorubicina release tests.
• Synthesize a hydrogel to perform Doxorubicin release tests, this information that allows us to obtain the necessary parameters that are required to reach the phase of the mathematical model. Doxorubicin as an anticancer drug.
• Determine the necessary dose that is required for a direct application of Doxorubicin with hydrogel and nanoparticles subjected with shock waves to the tumor.

It is sought to synthesize different polymerizations, varying the concentrations of the monomers and the initiator, this, with the aim of obtaining polymers with different characteristics.
Doxorubicin (DOXO) is a cytostatic antibiotic of the anthracycline family, and is the most used for chemotherapy in patients who are in advanced cancer.
23 The tendency is to obtain polymeric materials capable of responding to environmental stimuli such as temperature, electric or magnetic field, light, pH, specific molecules or enzymes, among others, to ensure that they can release their load in a controlled manner.
Among the polymers, the hydrogels have shown very good properties to be loaded with drugs, because they are biocompatible and have swelling properties in aqueous medium, among other characteristics of interest, which makes them a good option to be used in controlled release of medicines 24 Hydrogel.
Hydrogels are three-dimensional hydrophilic polymer networks of flexible chains, and may be of natural or synthetic origin. Its hydrophilic property is due to groups such as hydroxyl (-OH), carboxyl (-COOH), amide (-CONH2) and sulfonic (SO3H), along the polymer chains. They are characterized by their extraordinary ability to absorb water and other liquids.
These materials are obtained by simultaneous polymerization and crosslinking of one or more monomers.
