Hyderabad, Oct 19 (UNI): Hyderabad- based Megha Engi- neering and Infrastruc- tures Limited (MEIL) responded instanta- neously to Telangana Chief Minister K Chan- drashekhar Rao’s call to come forward to help the people affected by heavy rains and floods and announced a do- nation of Rs 10 crore to the CM’s Relief Fund. The aid was announced to help flood victims and support the gov- ernment in the relief efforts, MEIL said in a release here on Mon- day.
