As has been the tradition for many years, the postal services of the S c iu r u s vulgaris eight Nordic countries issue stamps every other year on a common Pindsvin Erinaceus europaeus Sort egern L.S. / E.C. Reunification

In 2020 it is 100 years since South Jutland was reunited with . The purpose of marking Reunion 2020 is to raise awareness of its landmark political and cultural significance for the whole of Danish society, for our national self-image and for our friendship with Germany. PostNord’s contribution to the 100th anniversary of these historic events will be a minisheet with two stamps for sending international mail.

Ancient postal routes

The PostEurop countries have all decided to issue stamps showing ancient postal routes in 2020. The Danish contribution focuses on King Christian IV’s establishment of the postal service in 1624, and Denmark’s first postal route that went by horse between Copenhagen and Altona/Hamburg.

The minisheet consists of three stamps, one stamp for domestic use, and two stamps for international mail.
