Incident Overview On May 26, 2017, the State of Oklahoma received a Presidential Major Disaster Declaration, FEMA-4315- DR-OK, to receive Public Assistance (Categories A-G) for the counties of Adair, Beaver, Caddo, Cherokee, Cimarron, Craig, Delaware, Haskell, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, Mayes, Muskogee, Ottawa, Pittsburg, Sequoyah, Texas, and Washita. On July 7, 2017, Dewey, Pawnee, and Rogers counties were added to the declaration. All counties are eligible for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
