Meals Lunch, coffee, tea, water, fruit and cake are included on all workshop days. Meals will be available outside the auditorium. A workshop dinner is also included and takes place Thursday 2 June in connection with the rump session. Dinner will be served outside the Peter Bøgh Andersen Auditorium in the Nygaard build- ing.

If you need anything else, you can buy food in the INCUBA Science Park canteen (hot meals, sandwiches, etc.) outside the lecture room. You may also want to visit the shopping mall ‘Storcent- er Nord’ across the street, where you can find a selection of cafes and a supermarket.

To and from Aarhus Airport Airport shuttle from outside the main train station in Aarhus meeting all flights. Likewise there is an airport shuttle in Tirstrup Airport meeting all flights. Oneway ticket DKK 115. Payment by cash or most common credit cards on the bus.

To and from Billund Airport There is a shuttle service between Billund Airport and Aarhus. In Aarhus the bus departs from Aar- hus bus station. The trip takes approximately 1½ hours. Oneway ticket DKK 140. Payment by credit card with chip: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and JCB. Currencies accepted (notes only): EUR, GBP, USD, NOK, SEK and CHF.

To and from Copenhagen Airport By train: Trains depart from Aarhus H or Copenhagen Airport several times a day. A oneway trip takes about 3½ hours. You can check timetables at http://www.dsb.dk. Tickets can be bought at the station or through www.dsb.dk. You may use DSB's guide in English on how to book. You can also use http://www.rejseplanen.dk. By bus: Abildskou offers a bus service between Copenhagen and Aarhus ('Linie 888'). Note that Copenhagen is on Sealand and Aarhus is in Jutland.

Buses in Aarhus

From downtown Aarhus to the workshop venue Take bus 2A – direction ' Sygehus'. Your stop is 'Paludan-Müllers Vej/Finlandsgade'. It is right next to the shopping centre Storcenter Nord. The bus departs several times every hour. It takes around 20 minutes to get to your destination.

Tickets and prices The bus fare costs 20 DKK for a two-zone ticket. Buy the ticket in a machine (pay with Danish coins) in the bus and choose an adult two-zone ticket. Tickets are valid two hours onward from the time of purchase during daytime. We recommend that you buy a two-zone multi-ride ticket (in Danish “klippekort”) at newsstands and at the bus station.

Bus app Please note that the bus company, Midttrafik, has just launched a free ticket app (in Danish only). With the app you can buy for instance 24-hour and 48-hour tickets. Search for Midttrafik in your app store:

Restaurants and bars Aarhus boasts a wide selection of restaurants and bars in downtown Aarhus. All price ranges are available. You may for instance visit the area around Aarhus river where cafes, bars and restau- rants lie side by side.

Walking and biking Aarhus is famous for its location close to the seaside and forests. You can rent a Citybike or go for a walk in the forests and parks in and around Aarhus (nice places to visit are Moesgaard Strand, , Marina, the Botanical Gardens).
