Strike Zone Club Team Info Welcome to Strike Zone Baseball! Below is a breakdown of what you get for the cost of being on a Strike Zone Club team. The cost is $1300. $300 up front and the remainder of $1050 may be broken up into equal monthly payments for 11 month period. Last payment needs to be paid by July. All monthly payments will be set up on an auto payments. What it includes: Discounts: Discount to add family members to membership. Add one child $300, each additional child after that is $250 per 12 months ($540 value). Special Pricing on open to the public camps. Full 12 Month Facility Membership: $540 value 12 month membership benefits: unlimited member tunnel usage. Member tunnels are first come, first serve. This will allow for each player to come up and work on what they are learning in order to strive for personal improvement. Team Member Lesson Pricing: Discounted Individual Lessons and Lesson Packages available for Team Members. 10 pack lessons have to be used within 8 months of purchasing Strike Zone Training: We have Strike Zone instructors and coaches at practices to help train and develop the players. We also put the team coaches through Strike Zone training classes to help ensure that they are teaching and reinforcing the Strike Zone way Starting 3rd week of August we will start fall practices There will be multiple Strike Zone training practices per week. Here we will be teaching proper mechanics for fielding ground balls and pop flies and getting the players enough reps to improve their skills. Each team will have an allotted training time for hitting and pitching once a week. Fall instructional league: just like the pro’s We will run a Strike Zone league with games on weekends of Strike Zone tournament scrimmages in the fall. This will cut cost on a fall league and tournament play and allow use to help train the players in a controlled environment better. ($1200 value for no league and tournament cost) November and December off January – March (indoor) Each team will have an allotted time slot per week focusing on skill improvement in the areas of hitting fielding, pitching and catching Catching: There will be classes for training the skills and techniques of catching March 30 – June 29th There will be open field times on the Strike Zone field for high reps in infield and outfield play. This will allow teams to focus on situational play in their team practice. Each player will be able to come and get extra reps on the field multiple times a week outside of their league games and team practices Each team will also have an allotted training time for weekly batting and pitching practice Teams will have access to Strike Zone fields for weekend team practices All practices are subject to change Speed and Agility training. AS part of the Strike zone team membership your child gets to attend Speed and Agility classes weekly throughout the year. 9u &10u 1 time a week 11u &12u 2 times a week 13&14U 3 times a week High school 4 times a week This is asking each player to attend a minimum of 50% of the off season training and 2-3 practices a week during the season. Also realize many of the players on your team will attend all of the sessions. Playing time in tournaments will be determined by best performance. Best performance comes from the most prepared. Don’t strive for the minimum, strive for 100% Multiple Players: If you have multiple players on a Strike Zone Club team $200 off for each additional player .
