Offerings - Over 20 offerings. Scouts can earn at least 2 Arend Distinguished Scoutmaster of the Year different badges. All badges are 1/2 day. See link for list Award. Aviation Encampment Webelos resident camp is 3 days, running from late June April 13-15, 2018 through late July. Fees are $155 for each Webelos UCM, Warrensburg, MO Scout and $145 for each full-time leader if paid on or before the final payment date of April 25th. Stay informed about what’s happening at the Council and District level by opting in to the Heart of America Council’s email distribution system, Constant Contact. They use this distribution system sparingly (once or COMMUNITY SERVICE twice a month at most), but it can be so helpful! It’s great for parents and leaders who want to stay informed. The PELATHE EAGLE SCOUT RECOGNITION DINNER highlight of the evening is the presentation of the Silver Sunday, January 28, 2018, 5-8pm Beaver Award, the highest recognition presented on the council level. Congratulations to Cindy Lynn, Pelathe’s Silver Beaver recipient.
