Tech. Programmes at National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology, Hatia, Ranchi through CCMT - 2018 conducted by NIT, Delhi will be held on 25 th June, 2018 (Monday) - 28 th June, 2018 (Thursday). For the same who are allotted NIFFT Ranchi are required to report physically and take admission at NIFFT, Hatia, Ranchi as per the following schedule: Event Venue Time Date Admission Industrial Liaison Cell 09:00 AM – 25-June-2018 to (Administrative Building) 5:00 PM 28-June-2018 Starting of classes As per time table 09:00 AM 30th –July-2018 Admission Procedure: For admission, candidates are required to bring the following documents in ORIGINAL with 2 sets photocopy (Self attested) of each. 1. Print out of Provisional Seat Allotment letter in original received from CCMT 2018 .(downloaded) 2. Documentation verification Certificate issued by reporting center , (last round allotment), 3 Self -attested copy of GATE score card(2016 or 2017 or 2018) 4 Birth certificate for proof of date of birth [Original + 2 sets of self attested photocopy, Original will be returned] 5. Mark sheet of Class X and XII (Original+ 2 sets of self attested photocopy, Original will be returned) 6. Original Mark sheet of Qualifying Examination for all Semester s [Original + 2 sets of self attested photocopy, original will be returned] 7. Original Degree/Provisional Certificate if Degree is completed [Original + 2 sets of self attested photocopy, original will be returned] 8. College /Institute Leaving certificate and Conduct/Character Certificate from the Institution last attended [Original will be retained] 9. Original Migrat ion Certificates issued by the Institution last attended [Original will be retained] 10. Three (03) Recent Passport size colour photographs [preferably white/sky blue background] 11. Medical fitness certificate and blood group issued by Govt. Medical officers 12. Affidavits regarding Anti Ragging from both student s and parent s (Format is attached) 13. Original Certificate of Category SC/ST/OBC, if applicable as per Govt. of India , issued by the competent authority, in case of OBC category the certificate must be issued on or after 01 st April, 2018. 14. Original Certificate for Person with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable, issued by the competent authority 15. Original Course Co mpletion Certificate from the Head of the University/Institute in case result is awaited 16. Admission Fee :- -Total fee payable at the time of admission is Rs. 34650/- .Balance fee after adjusting initial fee deposited to CCMT- 2018, Rs. 4650/- for all students those who have been allotted seats in Round 1,2,3. -Payment of balance fee will be done through Demand Draft in favour of NIFFT, payable at Ranchi. Location : NIFFT, Hatia, is located around 2 kms away from the Hatia Railway station and 10 Kms from Ranchi Railway station and 5 kms from Ranchi Airport.
