Zbirki Obraboteni So Analiti^En Inventar -Regesti Arhivski fondovi i zbirki 1993-2005 ARHIVSKI FONDOVI I ZBIRKI VO DR@AVNIOT ARHIV NA REPUBLIKA MAKEDONIJA - ODDELENIE PRILEP Odbele`uvaweto na 55-godi{ninata od osnovaweto na Dr`avniot arhiv na Republika Makedonija pretstavuva mo`nost pred javnosta, nau~nite rabotnici i gra|anite da se prezentiraat soznanijata za fondovite i zbirkite na arhivot preku dopolna na vodi~ite vo arhivot, vo ~ii ramki se staveni i podatocite za Oddelenieto Prilep. Vo Dr`avniot arhiv na Republika Makedonija - Oddelenie Prilep od osnovaweto vo 1955 godina, odnosno zvani~niot po~etok so rabota vo 1956 godina a zaklu~no so 2005 godina, zgri`eni i za{titeni se 554 arhivski fondovi i zbirki. Najstara za~uvana gra|a e Mati~nata kniga na rodeni od parohijata Sekirci za 1830 godina (prepis od podocne`en period), a originalen dokument - Popis na inventarot na manastirot „Sveti Nikola“ - s. Slep~e od 1860 godina so~uvan na po~etokot od knigata so protokoli na Crkovnata op{tina- Prilep (1872-1912). Prvite podatoci za arhivskite fondovi i zbirki na oddelenieto Prilep izdadeni se vo 1977 godina od Arhivot na Makedonija i Dru{tvoto na arhivskite rabotnici na Makedonija kako Vodi~ niz arhivskite fondovi vo Istoriskiot arhiv - Prilep (Nau~no-informativni pomagala za arhivskata gra|a vo arhivite na Makedonija; kniga V, Skopje 1977) so podatoci za fondovite i zbirkite so kusi istorijati, sodr`ina na arhivskata gra|a i sredenost na fondovite i zbirkite. Vo 1982 godina vo Vodi~ot na arhivskite fondovi i zbirki na toga{niot Arhiv na Makedonija i devette arhivi vo Makedonija opfateni se podatocite za arhivskite fondovi i zbirki zaklu~no so 1980 godina. Vo 1994 godina izdadena e dopolna na Vodi~ot za novoprezemenite arhivski fondovi i zbirki vo periodot 1981-1992 godina i promenite kaj fondovite i zbirkite zaklu~no so 1980 godina. Vodi~ot na arhivskite fondovi i zbirki 1993-2005 godina podelen e vo dve celini. Vo prvata, naslovena kako obraboteni-sredeni arhivski fondovi i zbirki objaveni vo vodi~ite od 1982 i 1994 godina, prezentirani se podatoci za sredenite - obrabotenite fondovi i zbirki za koi se izgotveni nau~no informativni sredstva (NIS) - istoriski bele{ki za fondoobrazovatelite, regesti, analiti~ki i sumarni inventari pre~ukani ili a`urirani vo AOP - bazite. Pokraj standardnite elementi vo sodr`inata na vodi~ite (broj, naziv na fondoobrazovatelite, grani~ni godini na fondoobrazovatelot i arhivskata gra|a, koli~estvoto izrazeno vo knigi, kutii i metra dol`ni) za ovie fondovi prezentirame dopolnitelni podatoci kako: broj na arhivski edinici (informativni edinici) za koi se izraboteni NIS, broj na listovi za sekoj fondoobrazovatel i broj na stranici na NIS za sekoj fond - zbirka. Voedno, davame podatok za NIS {to se a`urirani vo AOP bazite koi mo`at 5 Dr`aven arhiv na Republika Makedonija - Oddelenie Prilep poedine~no ili vkrsteno avtomatski da se prebaruvaat. Poradi oskudnite tehni~ki sredstva mal e brojot na a`uriranite NIS. Site fondovi od postar period, zaklu~no so 1944 godina se obraboteni so analiti~ki inventari ili regesti, vo zavisnost od zna~eweto na fondoobrazovatelot i sodr`inata na arhivskata gra|a, osven nekoi od osnovnite u~ili{ta, koi se sredeni so sumaren inventar, a site zaedno se dostapni za koristewe. Vo grupata Uprava i javni slu`bi vo periodot na srpskata vlast vo Makedonija 1918-1941 godina, kako i bugarskata okupacija vo Makedonija 1941- 1944 godina brojot na fondovi i zbirki e prili~no mal i sodr`i voglavno gra|a od delovi na nekoi organi na vlasta. Pozastapeni se fondovite na pravosudstvoto, prosvetnite i nau~nite ustanovi, stale{kite korporacii, razli~nite dru{tva i zdru`enija i verskite ustanovi i organizacii, a so svojata kompletnost treba da se spomenat i Verskite mati~ni knigi na parohiite od Prilepska, Brodska i Kru{evska okolija. Pogolem del na upravite od srpskiot i bugarskiot period se za{titeni vo Centralniot del na Dr`avniot arhiv na Republika Makedonija. So svojata sodr`ina i podatoci zna~ajna e i gra|ata na semejnite i li~nite fondovi od ovoj period, obraboteni so analiti~en popis i regesti. Dobar del vo podatocite od upravata i javnite slu`bi pokriva kserokskopiranata gra|a od ministerstvata na Kralstvoto Jugoslavija doneseni od istra`uvaweto vo Arhivot na Jugoslavija vo vremeto koga oddelenieto rabote{e kako samostojna institucija, pred 1991 godina. Od fondovite i zbirkite vo periodot posle 1944 godina prioritet vo sreduvaweto i obrabotkata e daden na Upravata i javnite slu`bi, op{testveno-politi~kite organizacii, dru{tva i zdru`enija i prosvetnite i kulturnite ustanovi i organizacii. Fondovite vo zavisnost od zna~eweto i sodr`inata na arhivskata gra|a celosno se obraboteni so analiti~ki inventar, a del mesni narodni odbori i osnovni u~ili{ta sredeni so sumaren inventar. Zna~ajno e {to gra|ata e kompletna kako vo fondovite od upravata, taka i vo op{testveno-politi~kite organizacii, po~nuvaj}i od hierarhiski najvisokite organi pa se do najniskite (mesni narodni odbori, odnosno mesni komiteti na KPM). Kaj prosvetnite organizacii i ustanovi gra|ata na osnovnite u~ili{ta od selata na trite okolii koi rabotat vo vremeto na srpskata i bugarskata uprava i posle osloboduvaweto e zdru`ena vo edna celina zaradi malata koli~ina na arhivska gra|a vo odreden period. Vo nekoi u~ili{ta i so vakviot pristap koli~inata e minimalna i ne gi ispolnuva kriteriumite za formirawe na fond, no bidej}i fondovite se objaveni vo predhodnite vodi~i a se zavedeni i vo Registarot na fondovi, se pristapi kon nivno sreduvawe. Vo ovaa celina prika`ani kako sredeni-obraboteni se vkupno 238 fondovi i zbirki, a spored grupite na fondovi: - Uprava i javni slu`bi - 97 fonda; - Pravosudstvo - 6 fonda; - Prosvetni, kulturni i nau~ni ustanovi i organizacii - 64 fonda; 6 Arhivski fondovi i zbirki 1993-2005 - Socijalni i zdravstveni ustanovi i organizacii - 2 fonda; - Stopanstvo i bankarstvo - 8 fonda; - Op{testveno-politi~ki organizacii, politi~ki partii, dru{tva i zdru`enija - 45 fonda; - Verski organizacii - 7 fonda; - Semejni i li~ni fondovi - 6 fonda; - Zbirki - 3. Vtorata celina sodr`i podatoci za arhivskite fondovi i zbirki registrirani vo periodot od 1993 do 2005 godina. Zastapeni se fondovi od skoro site grupi spored klasifikacionata {ema, a primeni se po nekolku osnovi: - izdvoeni pri fondovskata klasifikacija na grupi srodni fondovi; - redoven planiran priem na gra|a od imatelite; - za{tita na arhivskata gra|a od upravata i op{testveno-politi~kite organizacii zaklu~no so 1991 godina - zacrtan prioritet na Dr`avniot arhiv po tranzicijata i novata teritorijalna podelba (organi na upravata, SIZ- ovi, politi~ki partii i drugi op{testveno-politi~ki organizacii); - priem na gra|ata i dokumentarniot materijal so podolgi rokovi na ~uvawe od ste~ajnite, odnosno likvidiranite pretprijatija, akcionerski dru{tva, zadrugi i drugi imateli. Fondovite na upravata i javnite slu`bi kako i op{testveno- politi~kite organizacii i od ovaa grupa se obraboteni so analiti~ki inventar, regesti, sredeni so sumaren inventar, a ostanatite se primeni so opis i popis, odnosno so evidentirana arhivska gra|a od strana na imatelite. Ovaa celina sodr`i podatoci za 143 fonda: - Uprava i javni slu`bi - 57 fonda; - Pravosudstvo - 1 fond; - Prosvetni, kulturni i nau~ni ustanovi i organizacii - 22 fonda; - Socijalni i zdravstveni ustanovi i organizacii - 3 fonda; - Stopanstvo i bankarstvo - 33 fonda; - Op{testveno-politi~ki organizacii, politi~ki partii, dru{tva i zdru`enija - 20 fonda; - Verski organizacii - 3 fonda. - Semejni i li~ni fondovi - 4 fonda. Zaradi visokiot stepen na sredenost-obrabotenost na zna~ajnite fondovi i zbirki vo dolgoro~niot plan za rabota na Dr`avniot arhiv na Republika Makedonija, glaven akcent vo rabotata na oddelenieto Prilep }e bide staven na izrabotka na istoriskite bele{ki na obrabotenite fondovi i vnesuvawe vo AOP bazite na ve}e izrabotenite NIS- ovi. Vo naredniot period, vo sreduvawe i obrabotka }e se otpo~ne so rabota na fondovite i zbirkite od posebno zna~ewe za istorijata na stopanskiot i ekonomskiot razvoj na Prilep, Kru{evo i Makedonski Brod. 7 Dr`aven arhiv na Republika Makedonija - Oddelenie Prilep OBJASNUVAWE I TOLKUVAWE NA ZNACITE I KRATENKITE Vodi~ot na arhivskite fondovi i zbirki dava osnovni podatoci za arhivite i za arhivskite fondovi {to se ~uvaat vo niv. Podatocite za arhivskite fondovi i zbirki se dadeni za sekoj arhiv posebno. Pred da se navedat podatocite za arhivskite fondovi i zbirki na eden arhiv, dadena e kratka bele{ka, koja po pravilo gi sodr`i osnovnite podatoci za Arhivot (naziv i adresa, vreme na osnovaweto, razvitok, organizaciska struktura, teritorijalna i stvarna nadle`nost, mo`nost za davawe tehni~ki uslugi, uslugi na ~italnata, rabotno vreme i sl.), potoa za brojot na arhivskite fondovi i zbirki i za op{tata karakteristika na arhivskata gra|a, za informativnite sredstva, katalozite i sl. Podatocite {to se davaat za sekoj arhivski fond se sostojat od sedum elementi: 1. Reden broj na arhivskiot fond ili zbirka; 2. Naziv na arhivskiot fond ili zbirka; 3. Mesto (sedi{te) na fondoobrazovatelot (imatel na fondot); 4. Raspon na godinite na postoeweto na fondoobrazovatelot; 5. Raspon na godinite na gra|ata na arhivskiot fond ili zbirka; 6. Koli~estvo na arhivskata gra|a; 7. Sredenost na arhivskiot fond ili zbirka (informativni sredstva). Kaj semejnite i li~nite fondovi i zbirki nekoi od ovie elementi ne se zastapeni (pod br. 3 i 4). Podatocite za site arhivski fondovi i zbirki sodr`inski i grafi~ki se oformeni spored edinstveni pravila, spored koi e podgotvena i publikacijata. 1. Maleska: Mr. Nikolov, you published a text entitled “The Bulgaria obsession: Macedonia in the 20th century and Bulgarian Politics” as far back as 2001/2002 in the first issue of NBP. It’s been 13 years since. Is Macedonia still an obsession of Bulgarian politics? What are the priorities of Bulgaria today? What is its politics preoccupied with and where is its interest towards Macedonia in its agenda? The last foreign policy statements of the Bulgarian government before the pressure of mass protests appeared in the country showed clearly that Macedonia continues to be an obsession. This is so especially since the attitude towards present-day Macedonians, imposed as a dogma, is an attitude towards people who have forgotten their Bulgarian origins and who will one day “return” as the prodigal son. Unfortunately, this position is shared by scientists, especially historians, who are dogmatically attached to the concept of invariability of ethnic identity, believing its roots are deep in antiquity and that it is resistant to historical changes, which have caused long-lasting interruptions and lack of a feeling of belonging to a state – undoubtedly the most powerful factor of nation creation, then falling under strong influence of the neighboring countries, which have occasionally ruled over the territories and population that now belong to both states, as well as continual coexistence with people of many various ethnic backgrounds (tribes, peoples), religious beliefs and cultural backgrounds. It is impossible here to explain thoroughly these positions, but if I only limit myself to the relations of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the Bulgarian communities behind the border, I can mention the lack of consistency, being prone to long-lasting prejudices and stereotypes, as well as belonging to a group, including belonging to a party.

At present, there are 9 villages in the Mala Prespa area inhabited by 5-7 thousand people some of whom have Bulgarian, and some – Macedonian consciousness. Ethnographer Vassil Kanchov cites Pouqueville mentioning that “in the early 19th century, Prespa was populated with Bulgarians alone. Arnaut migrations to Prespa began from the village of Trn or Tern, lying between the Devol River bed and Lake Mala Prespa, and then moved up further to the north”1. These villages are Eastern Orthodox and have both Bulgarian and Albanian names – Gorna Gorica (Gorica Madh), Dolna Gorica (Gorica Vogel), Tuminec (Kalamas), Glubočani (Golumboc), Šulin (Belas), Pustec (Likenas), Tzerie (Cerie), Zrnovsko (Zarosh), and Lesko (Lepis). This is where the scene is laid of “The Prespa Bells”, a novel written by Bulgarian author Dimitar Talev, a native of Prilep (modern Republic of Macedonia), which depicts the struggle of the Bulgarian population in Macedonia for liberation from Ottoman rule in the 19th and 20th centuries. The mythical town of Prespa portrayed in Talev’s work is fiction; existent in reality is only Lake Prespa.

In 632 the Bulgars, originally from Central Asia,[1] formed under the leadership of Kubrat an independent state that became known as Great Bulgaria. Its territory extended from the lower course of the Danube to the west, the Black Sea and the Azov Sea to the south, the Kuban River to the east, and the Donets River to the north.[2] Pressure from the Khazars led to the subjugation of Great Bulgaria in the second half of the 7th century. Kubrat’s successor, Asparukh, migrated with some of the Bulgar tribes to the lower courses of the rivers Danube, Dniester and Dniepr (known as Ongal), and conquered Moesia and Scythia Minor (Dobrudzha) from the Byzantine Empire, expanding his new kingdom further into the Balkan Peninsula.[3] A peace treaty with Byzantium in 681 and the establishment of the Bulgarian capital of Pliska south of the Danube mark the beginning of the First Bulgarian Empire.
