Competition Method:

1 Each team consists of five players; the team competition consists of playing total ten singles’ matches in two days and five singles’ matches per day.

2 Match Schedule

3 The No.1 and No.2 player of each team will be determined by the ITTF world ranking, whereas the order of the remaining players will be decided by the team coaches;

4 The match will be played for best of five, 11 points per game;

5 The final result of the event will be determined by the results of the two-day

matches. The team with more winning matches will be the winner of the

event. If the two-day match result scores as 5 to 5, then the final result will

be determined by an additional singles’ match played by a selected player

from each team. The team whose player wins the additional match will be

the winner of the event.

2 6 The competition will follow the ITTF rules and regulations.

Practice Field:

1\ The practice gymnasium will be in the competition gymnasium

2\There will be two tables for practice

3\The floor for practice will be in wooden material

Prize Money： (80,000Euro in total)

Winning Team: 53,000Euro

Losing Team: 27,000Euro

The price money (tax deducted) will be awarded on the last day of the event and the tax receipt will be provided.

Draw：

The draw ceremony of the competition will be held on Apr.12th 16:30 at the specified hotel (to be determined).

Hospitality:

1\The organizing committee will pay for the international and domestic

3 economic class airfare for 5 players, 1 coaches, and 1 team captains for the

Asian Team;

2\The organizing committee will offer free hospitality for all participating

players and coaches of Asian and European team;

3\ The organizing committee will offer free hospitality for officiating umpires

and referees (including International and domestic travel, accommodation

and per diem)

4\ The organizing committee will cover accommodation and travel expenses

for 4 ATTU officials;

5\ The organizing committee will cover accommodation and travel expenses

for 5 CTTA officials.

The following rates will be applied to additional personnel that not covered by free hospitality

Deluxe room(single): RMB750/room/night (including one breakfast) more breakfast cost RMB 100 per person

Regular room(single): RMB550/room/night (including one breakfast) more breakfast cost RMB 60 per person
