Life-Study-Radio-In REPORT CONCERNING LIFE-STUDY RADIO BROADCAST IN SPANISH December 21, 2018 Dear brothers, For your fellowship and prayer we would like to give you an update regarding the Life-Study Radio Broadcast in Spanish. Radio Nueva Vida new stations in Southern California beginning January 1, 2019 Beginning on January 1, 2019 the Spanish network of radio stations Radio Nueva Vida, where Estudio-vida de la Biblia con Witness Lee is broadcast, will change several frequencies in Southern California. These changes will affect these important areas: Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego County. The new FM frequencies will have greater coverage with a digital quality sound. The program Estudio-vida de la Biblia will have a new time period of 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Estudio-vida de la Biblia con Witness Lee will continue to be broadcast in Spanish daily Monday through Friday but with a new time period from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., at the following new FREQUENCIES: Los Ángeles and Orange County 100.3 FM San Diego / Vista / Chula Vista 95.7 FM Due to these changes, as of January 1 our radio broadcast will NO LONGER be heard on the following frequencies: 1390 AM in Los Angeles and Orange County; 1240 AM in San Bernardino; and 1130 AM in San Diego. The program will be broadcast by RNV at 9:00 p.m. (please note time change) on the following frequencies in California: 90.3 FM San Fernando Valley / Ventura County 91.3 FM and 97.9 FM Salinas 98.1 FM San Bernardino 91.3 FM King City 96.3 FM Indio / Coachella 89.7 FM Prunedale 91.7 FM Victorville 88.9 FM Santa Cruz 94.9 FM Calexico 980 AM and 96.1 FM Fresno 90.9 FM Bakersfield 89.7 FM Los Baños / Merced 102.9 FM Modesto 91.3 FM Redding Estudio-vida de la Biblia con Witness Lee is also being broadcast by RNV in several states: 90.9 FM Jacksonville, FL 99.9 FM Boise, ID 91.1 FM New Orleans, LA 90.3 FM Portland, OR 89.5 FM Dayton, OH 88.7 FM Fairbanks, AK A complete list of radio stations is available on LSM’s website of the radio broadcast in Spanish “Life-study of the Bible” (www.lsmradio.com/espanol). In this website the radio broadcast archives can be heard by means of any electronic device (cell phone, Tablet, computer) in any place and at any time of the day. New Testament Recovery Version free offer: On each Estudio-vida de la Biblia con Witness Lee program broadcast by RNV we are offering a free copy of the NT Recovery Version through Bibles for America to all the listeners nationwide. This offer will be available for several months. May the Lord reach and gain many sons of peace. Offerings to support the broadcasting of the radio program: All the faithful offerings of the saints and the churches are essential so that we can continue broadcasting the radio program to millions of Spanish speakers throughout the country. Kids have money to spend, big money, larger share of the marketing dollars directed their way. But to muscle in on the cereal, fast food, toy and other ad bucks being spent to reach children under 12, radio needs research. Arbitron's new survey of kids' listening habits in New York, Los Angeles and Minneapolis is just the start. It shows that kids are active radio users, that they "get" and respond to commercials, and that they're happy to hop onto the web and order products advertised on the radio (using mom's credit card, of course). Arbitron's big hurdle was finding out whether the diary is a reliable tool to collect listening from those aged 6 to 11. Arbitron says it is. But the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is the People Meter - which requires only that kids carry around a small detection device. Including kids in the survey could literally help pay for the People Meter's introduction. Arbitron's Pierre Bouvard is deeply involved with the kids' radio effort and so is a New York -based broadcaster consortium named "Next Generation" -- though oddly enough, it doesn't include Disney /ABC. In the months to come, for the first time in several years the biggest hurdle for potential buyers may be too little inventory up for sale. “Certainly inventory is a big concern, and if the market slows down in 2015 it will because of inventory,” Patrick Communications managing partner Greg Guy says. “With the buyers who are out there, if there is not quality inventory, I don’t see them dipping down and buying lesser inventory just to buy.” Media Services Group managing director George Reed agrees inventory will be 2015’s biggest challenge. “There are buyers out there who have money and an appetite for deals and the challenge is going to be to find the kinds of deals that they Radio 2015: All this are looking for,” he says. Broker Michael Bergner sees similar market conditions. “There are a bunch week Inside Radio of small and middle market consolidators that are all trying to get bigger and I don’t see the inventory will examine the biggest issues facing out there to sustain that push,” he says.
