1. AENER ENERGIA: PHILOSOPHY AND QUALITY POLICY

AENER Energia is a 100% Spanish company specializing in savings and power quality.

The activity of the company, founded in 1994, focuses primarily on the manufacture of equipment for: power factor correction (Automatic Capacitor Banks), energy saving (Energy Saving and Quality System, ECONELEC+ and Harmonic Filter Energy Saving, ECONELEC®) and equipment related to the quality of the electricity networks (UPS and Voltage Stabilizers).

Since its inception, AENER Energia has been characterized for providing to the market of power factor correction relevant aspects such as integrated product and services, as well as a constant work in R&D+i.

Throughout his business career, AENER Energia has adapted to the continuous technological change and its hallmark is a high-quality service and attention and personal relationship with their customers. These qualities have allowed the company to differentiate itself from competitors and get a prestige among companies in the sector of energy saving in the European Union and the rest of countries.

The scope of AENER Energia is providing its customers with the knowledge and tools to achieve optimal management of energy resources. This substance is efficient use less Energy requirement and thus, in a more rational use of natural resources of the planet.

All products designed and developed scrupulously by AENER international standards and customer demands. The use and application of its products is reflected in different fields and sectors such as telecommunications, electricity distribution, aviation, food, hospitality, commercial distribution, airports and more.

The management of the company's national network of technically qualified sales agents directly serving customers located throughout the country.

Quality Policy

AENER business path has been marked by a policy of quality as well as in team training as in product and customer service. Actually, a quality system is established and integrated into our organization based on customer satisfaction and participation of all employees.

All products are CE marked and comply with their regulations.

AENER Energia has also obtained technical approval of DURE (Directorate of Rational Use of Energy) of Cuba, one of the few companies worldwide to obtain such approval. Recently, we have got the approval of some testing centres of Vietnam: - QUATEST3 (Quality Assurance and Testing Center 3 - Ministry of Science and Technology) - ECT2 (Southern Electrical Testing Company of EVN - Viet Nam Electric Company)

It also uses control systems of their total load testing equipment, product traceability procedures and careful choice of components. These factors are crucial to achieve a stringent quality policy.

AENER Energia also has the recognition of IDAE (Spanish Ministry of Industry) for the work done in La Moncloa, residence of the Spanish Prime Minister.

AENER Energia as a company that provides integrated product and service and personalized and continuous attention, we have been designed the Energy Saving and Quality System ECONELEC+.

The Energy Saving and Quality System ECONELEC+ is the newest equipment created and manufactured by our company in our facilities Madrid (Spain), together with collaboration the best European Universities. It improves technical conditions in the installation in addition to reducing the cost of the electric bill.

The services provided AENER within the business line dedicated to the energy saving are:

2.4. UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS)

In this line of business, AENER offers to its all customers preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS, of own or any other brand, which can be made at AENER plants or directly at the customer’s facilities.

AENER Energia also offers maintenance contracts for different modalities, turnkey systems as well as technical training for customers.

Product Line for Uninterruptible Power Supply

Uninterruptible Power Systems cover all possible customer needs: from small Interactive Line (with powers from 0.5 to 3 KVA) to On-line multi-purpose systems, single-phase and three-phase up to 200 KVA

2.5. VOLTAGE STABILIZER

This line of business is suitable for computers, test equipment, lighting systems, security systems, X-Rays, communication systems, medical equipment, duplicators, sound, industrial automation equipment, colour development equipment, machinery digital control and office machines. We also offer turnkey systems and maintenance contracts, preventive and corrective from own or any other brand that can be made at AENER’s factory or at the customer’s plant.

We have a wide range of equipment and powers:

. Single-Phase 0.5 to 30 KVA. . Three-Phase 3 to 150 KVA (phase to phase control). . Three-phase from 50 to 320 KVA (unique control).

2.6. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

For AENER Energia, the maintenance of equipment to improve the quality and Energia saving is a key aspect for the successful operation.

Through AENER SAT, our customers are assured of good performance, as well as technical support and qualified after sales service.

AENER SAT also has its own laboratory for testing and trials, and presence throughout the national and international market.

3. INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

Since the beginning of its activity, AENER Energia has had a continuous presence in international markets worldwide. The ambitious expansion plan and implementation have been carried out since the time of its launch by the professionals of the company has allowed the company to position itself as the leading international markets like Europe, Latin America or Asia, also in developing countries, where the assurance of power and energy savings are key factors for growth.

In this sense, countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Central America and Caribbean, North Africa or Central Africa, Middle East and Asian countries are very significant markets for the company, present in over 25 countries across four continents.

With a production volume of more than 2,300 equipment per year, is one of the leading European manufacturers and energy control. In addition, approximately 30% of their equipment is supplied to installers or distributors and is forecast to reach 45% by 2015.

AENER Energia is one of the few European companies in the sector of Power Factor Correction, Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Voltage stabilizers that has an integrated product and service.

Since October 2011 has started to operate in Vietnam through an agreement carried out with the international business group Mondragon Corporation.

With this major commitment, AENER Energia plans to develop business in a strategic market such as Vietnam, one of the most sensitive to energy savings, with more than 90 million people and an industrial growth of 7% annually.

4. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

AENER Energia stands out for its policy of Corporate Social responsibility as it participates in numerous projects of a social nature in support and aid to the neediest groups. In addition to participating in projects aimed at saving, development and implementation of environmental and social policies aimed at achieving greater awareness by the care of the environment and support for those most in need, the Group also supports many others, of another spirit, which has devoted its effort and love.

 COLLABORATION WITH THE THEODORA FOUNDATION

Among the social projects in which involved AENER highlights the collaboration with the Theodora Foundation which was born with the objective of alleviating the suffering of children hospitalized through laughter. The Foundation pays for the visits of the "smile doctors" that dedicate their time to hospitalized children.

AENER Energia gives annually a financial contribution to this Foundation whose project supports steadily, as well as other individual projects with hospitals as "Peace" and the "Christ child".

Generando Cambios Program is a complete professional and personalized consultancy service for companies in the Community of Madrid, through an initial Diagnosis, to establish an Equality Plan which helps to promote Equal Opportunities between men and women.
