Bianco Riassunto - Vengono segnalati i ritrovamenti di dieci nuove stazioni di Paludella squarrosa (Hedw.) Brid. in Trentino – Alto Adige (Italia) durante le ricerche floristiche effettuate dal 2013 al 2016 in giacimenti torbosi e zone umide di alta montagna sopra i 2000 metri di altitudine. Ricevuto il 04.07.2017 Accettato l’11.09.2017 Pubblicato online il 12.12.2017 Introduzione Questa briofita della famiglia delle Meesiaceae a distribuzione circumpolare artica, è da ritenersi oggi partico- larmente rara sul versante meridionale della catena alpina, un relitto di immigrazione glaciale in questi territori di alta montagna a clima continentale endoalpino con indici di continentalità molto elevati dove la permanenza al suolo del manto nevoso raggiunge mediamente circa i 170/200 gg l’anno (Giacomini 1939, Pedrotti et al. 1974). I suoi habitat elettivi sono torbiere, praterie torbose e sorgenti del piano montano e subalpino. Le Alpi rappresentano il limite meridionale dell’areale europeo che un tempo si stendeva più a sud come testimoniano ritrovamenti in blocchi di torba sulle rive del Ticino vicino a Pavia (Farneti 1899). Allo stato attuale Paludella squarrosa (Hedw.) Brid. è inquadrata come Endagered (EN) nella relativa scheda per la lista rossa della flora vascolare e crittogamica italiana (Aleffi, Tacchi 2011). Fino ad adesso era segnalata solo in 12 microstazioni (alcune delle quali in territorio lombardo sono considerate estinte) distanti tra loro e mi- nacciate sia dal turismo che da interventi di drenaggio delle acque (Aleffi, Tacchi 2011). Nel 2009 abbiamo avviato nel Trentino Alto Adige una serie d’indagini floristiche in giacimenti torbosi e zone umide di alta montagna (Goettlich 1990) comprese fra il Piano montano superiore e il Piano alpino inferiore, interessate, a suo tempo, anche da analisi polliniche (Bergamo Decarli 1988) (Fig. 1). Le motivazioni di questa scelta sono dovute al fatto che que- sti territori alpini sono stati coinvolti in ripetute oscillazioni climatiche, ancora chiaramente riconoscibili (Desio 1967). In queste zone, durante le avanzate glaciali del Tardo Olo- cene (Patzelt 1972) si sono formati notevoli depositi more- nici frontali e laterali che, in molti casi, hanno determinato la formazione di significativi giacimenti torbosi e praterie igrofile (Giacomini 1939, Marchesoni 1939). Le ricerche in questo territorio alpino, particolarmente ricco di giacimenti torbosi e zone umide, è caratterizzato a queste altitudini dalla conservazione notevole della flora vascolare e briologica dovuta soprattutto alla mancanza di inquinamento antropico, piuttosto che animale, collegate ad attività connesse con l’agricoltura e il turismo. This practice started with the study of medical plants in hospital and university contexts, with the passion of the Medicis for gardens, and the interest of the Vallombrosian monks for cryp- togams. During the XVIIIth century, science of plants focused on classifi­ cation (morphology), pharmacology (materia medica) and vegetable phy­ siology, but included also the inventory of Tuscan flora and agronomy. These diverging aims created tensions within the nascent community of botanists, crystal­lizing around the management of gardens and the choice of classifi­ cation ­systems. After 1770, a more scientific approach of botany was made possible by the rise of experimental practices and the development of chem- istry. Yet, a true professionalization of research did not occur before the ­political ­unification of Italy, when the management of institutions and the ­recruitment of botanists were assumed by a central Ministry of education, ­instead of ­being dependent on princely favors and patrician connections. La flora vascolare della Penisola del Sinis (Sardegna Occidentale). Viene presentato lo studio della flora vascolare della Penisola del Sinis; in totale sono state rinvenute 760 unità tassonomiche e in particolare 615 specie, 134 sottospecie, 10 varietà e 1 ibrido, riferibili a 365 generi e 87 famiglie. Le Eudicots sono risultate il gruppo sistematico dominante. Le famiglie più rappresentate sono: Poaceae (99 unità tassonomiche), Fabaceae e Asteraceae (85), Caryophyllaceae (33), Apiaceae (27) e Orchidaceae (24). I generi con maggior numero di taxa sono: Trifolium (19), Silene (14), Limonium e Medicago (13), Ophrys (12), Euphorbia e Vicia (10), Plantago (9), Allium (8) e infine Lotus, Ranunculus e Vulpia (7). Il contingente delle endemiche (54 unità tassonomiche) è risultato pari al 8,97% della componente mediterranea e mostra una dominanza degli elementi sardo-corsi (33,33%) e secondariamente sardi (24,10%), i quali unitamente raggiungono il 57,43% del totale. La flora endemica è costituita da 31 specie, 17 sottospecie e 6 varietà, inquadrati in 38 generi e 22 famiglie. Le famiglie più rappresentate sono risultate le Plumbaginaceae (10), Asteraceae e Lamiaceae (5), Fabaceae (4), Alliaceae, Euphorbiaceae e Ranunculaceae (3); il genere più ricco è risultato Limonium (10), seguito da Allium, Delphinium, Euphorbia, Scrophularia, Silene e Teucrium (2).

Matthiola species native to Turkey were collected from various locations in Anatolia, and their DNA was isolated. Revision studies performed on the basis of molecular data obtained from studies conducted in recent years have made the phylogenetic relationships and systematic positions of the taxa more apparent and reliable. Consequently, the remaining taxonomic problems among the species have been resolved through the use of DNA-based molecular analysis methods, which, unlike phenotype studies, are not affected by environmental factors. The inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) fingerprinting method was used in the study because its properties were considered to be more reliable and consistent than those of the randomly amplified polymorphic DNA method.
