1 SET UP OF LOCAL MANAGEMENT OFFICES.

Thanks to the experience gathered during other projects, it is known that Management offices are a key element in rehabilitation projects. In order to resolve doubts and queries from main agents, neighbors, the offices play as a meeting point. The Management offices channel the participatory process, where all the agents involved are put into dialogue: neighbors, owners of the dwellings, technicians, etc.... These offices become the main information point of each of projects to be carried out. At the same time, both administrative and technical doubts will be solved, giving a complete coordination and management service. These offices will be led by the management team. As it is explained below, the offices will be located in the municipal offices or in a new location enabled for this purpose.

It should be noted that thanks to these offices, a long list of contacts will be generated, including the owners, the building administrators, technicians, etc.

Both, the location and the people who will be part of the management team are described in the agreements signed between NASUVINSA and the municipalities involved.

During the month of November, the Management offices of each of the 5 municipalities selected in the SustaiNAVility project were set up.

1.1 Villava / Atarrabia municipality

According to the Collaboration Agreement between the Municipality of Villava / Atarrabia and Nasuvinsa, signed on 16th October 2018, as it is set out on page 5, two spaces will be located on the following addresses:

1 PUESTA EN MARCHA DE LAS OFICINAS DE GESTIÓN.

Gracias a la experiencia recogida a lo largo de otros proyectos, se sabe que las oficinas de gestión son una pieza clave para el correcto funcionamiento de los proyectos de rehabilitación. Esto es así, ya que a lo largo de estos procesos tan participativos, es necesario un punto donde poder resolver las dudas que surjan entre los principales agentes, es decir, los vecinos. Las oficinas de Gestión se convierten en el canal y lugar de participación ciudadana, donde todos los agentes implicados se ponen en interlocución: vecinos del barrio, propietarios de las propias viviendas, técnicos, etc…. Estas oficinas pasan así a ser el punto de información principal de cada uno de los proyectos a llevar a cabo. Al mismo tiempo se resolverán dudas tanto administrativas como técnicas, dando un servicio de coordinación y gestión completa. Estas oficinas serán lideradas por el equipo de gestión. Tal y como se explica a continuación las oficinas se ubicarán en las propias oficinas municipales o en un nuevo local habilitado para ello.

Cabe destacar que gracias a estas oficinas se generará una larga lista de contactos, incluidos los propios propietarios, los administradores de fincas, técnicos, etc.

Tanto la ubicación como las personas que formarán parte del equipo de gestión están descritos en los convenios firmados entre NASUVINSA y los ayuntamientos implicados.

Durante el mes de noviembre se han habilitado las oficinas de gestión de cada uno de los 5 municipios seleccionados en el proyecto SustaiNAVility.

1.1 Ayuntamiento de Villava / Atarrabia

Conforme al Convenio de Colaboración entre el Ayuntamiento de Villava / Atarrabia y Nasuvinsa, firmado el 16 de octubre de 2018, tal y como se recoge en su página 5, se habilitan dos espacios ubicados en las siguientes direcciones:
