In the case where a conflict is to be solved by a court of law in the United States or abroad, the court will solely apply Qur'i;rnic injunctions, the Sunnah of the Prophet(Peace be upon him) and Islamic Law (Fiqh). The law of the land will not be applied in these conflicts, except in case where public order, safety and /or health justly demand so. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at the Ruthe Jackson Center, 3113 S Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. Open house will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., to allow for questions and review of project exhibits. The formal public hearing presentation will begin at 7:00 P.M. The existing eastbound exit ramp and westbound entrance ramp to and from Belt Line Road would be reconstructed and relocated to the west of their current location (near NW 7th Street) and a new eastbound entrance ramp and westbound exit ramp would be constructed immediately west of Belt Line Road. Palace Parkway would be reconstructed and reconfigured to connect to the proposed westbound frontage road. The proposed project would require approximately 4.4 acres of additional ROW and 0.2 acre for drainage easements. No displacements or relocations would occur.
