• Land use policies: harmonize land use policies of the LGUs within the Santa Rosa Sub Watershed

“Critical as land uses are rapidly changing from agricultural to residential and commercial and these will have major impacts on water quality and supply unless we act”

How to make the new policies work?

To Build an Accountable and Effective Governance Body for Managing Water Resources in the Santa Rosa Watershed

Sounds great, but how are we going to do this?? Creation of SUBWQMA Board
