Participanti 1. Fiecare set de premiu confine: creion contur pentru ochi mark. Oh so Tokyo in nuanla Fire Red qi ruj Ei fard de obraji mark. Oh So Tokyo in nunafa parasol Red. Prelul unui creion contur pentru ochi mark. Oh so Tokyo in nuanfa Fire Red este de 39.00 lei preful ;i produsului ruj qi fard de oraji mark. Oh So Tokyo nunafa Parasol Red este de 40 lei. pre1ul unui set premiu este de 79 de lei, iar valoarea totala a celor 50 de premii este de 3950 lei. 2. Regulamentul Campaniei 1. Regulamentul oficial al Campaniei va fi disponibil in mod gratuit pe site-ul oficial AVON COSMETISCS Romania: www.avon.ro 2. Prin participarea la Campanie, participanfii sunt de acord sd se conformeze gi sd respecte prevederile acestui Regulament. Art.6. Taxe qi impozite I. Organizatorul se obligd sd suporte taxele Ei impozitele aflate in sarcina sa, conform legisla{iei in vigoare. Orice alte obligalii de naturd fiscald sau de orice altd naturd, in legdturd cu acestea, sunt in sarcina exclusivd a cd;tigdtorilor. Art.7 . Reclamatii privind premiile 3 1. Orice plangeri ale participantilor in privinta Campaniei vor fi completate in mod exclusiv o participantii la Campanie, in scris la urmatoarea adresa: Avon Cosmetics Romania, Str. Dinu V o 1 1, Et. I2-I3, Sector 2, Bucuresti sau la adresa de email [email protected]. Plangerile vor cu trimise in termen de maximum l0 zile de la data primiriiireceptionarii premiului. FAL 2. Plangerile trebuic sa includa urmatoarele informatii: numclc, prcnumclc, numarul dc tclefon si adresa Participantului, precun si o descriere detaliata a motivelor pentru care se completeaza plangerea. 3. Dupa primirea plangerii, aceasta va fi evaluata in termen de maxim 14 zile de la data primirii sale. 4. Participantul va fi informat despre decizia luata de catre Comisia de Orgarizare. Daca Participantul doreste sa conteste decizia, acesta are dreptul sa-si revendice drepturile in concordanta cu principiile generale. 5.Decizia Comisiei de Organizare asupra subiectului plangerii va fi considerata finala si irevocabila. Art. 8. Prelucrarea datelor personale 1. Participarea la aceasta Campanie e prezuma cunoasterea Regulamentului si acordul expeditorului pentru clauzele acestuia. 2. Tuturor Participantilor la Campanie le sunt garantate drepturile in conformitate cu Regulametul General pentru Protectia Datelor cu carater personal. 3. Prin inscrierea la Campanie, Participantii declara ca sunt de acord cu Regulamentul Campaniei si ca datele lor personale sa fie prelucrate, sa intre in baza de date Avon Cosmetics Romania si sa primeasca materiale informative prin orice mijloace de comunicare (posta, SMS etc.) din partea Avon Cosmetics Romania si in special cele cu privire la: - dreptul de acces la date potrivit caruia orice persoqnavizataare dreptul de a obtine de la Organizator, la cerere si in mod gratrrit pentnr o solicitare pe an, confirmarea faptnlui ca dafele care ii privesc sunt sau nu sunt prelucrate de catre Organizator. - dreptul de opozrfle potnvrt carura persoana vtzata are dreptul de a se opune ln once moment, dm motive intemeiate si legitime legate de situatia sa particulara, ca datele care o vizeaza sa fac obiectul unei prelucrari, cu exceptia cazurilor in care exista dispozitii legale contrare. - dreptul de interventie asupra datelor potrivit caruia orice persoanavizata are dreptul de a obtine de la Organizator, la cerere si in mod gratuit: a) dupa caz, rectiftcarea, actualizarea, blocarea sau stergerea datelor a caror prelucrare nu este conforma legii, in special a datelor incomplete sau inexacte; b) dupa caz, transforTnarea in date anonime a datelor a caror prelucrare nu este conforma legii; c) rcalizarea notificarii catre terte persoane carora le-au fost dezvaluite datele, a oricarei operatiuni efectuate conform lit. a) sau b), daca o asemsnea notificare nu se dovedeste imposibila sau nu presupune un efort disproportionat fata de interesul legitim care ar putea frlezat. 4. Scopurile constituirii acesteia sunt: . Or ganizarea prezentei Campanii Avon; . Informarea consumatorilor si potentialilor consumatori ai produselor companiei Avon Cosmetics Romania S.R.L. prin diverse mijloace de comunicare (telefon, SMS, e-mail, posta, etc) despre Campania actuala si despre actiunile desfasurate in viitor; . Realizarea de rapoarte statistice cu privire la consumatorii produselor Avon Cosmetics Romania S.R.L.; 5. Fiecare participant are dreptul de a solicita excluderea din baza de date a companiei Avon Cosmetics Romania S.R.L., scriind pe adresa: in str. Dinu Vintila nr.11, Et.13 sector 2, Bucuresti; Organizatod se obliga ca datele personale sa nu fie difuzate catre terti cu exceptia operatorului de marketing direct al Avon Cosmetics Romania. I I 6. La cererea Participantilor, adresata in scris catre in str. Dinu Vintila nr. 1 1 , Et. 1 3 sector 2, Bucuresti, Or ganizatorul se obliga: - sa confirme solicitantului daca prelucreaza sau nu date personale, in mod gratuit pentru o solicitare an; rectifice, actualizeze, blocheze, stearga sau transforme in date anonime, in mod gratuit, datele a prelucrare nu este conforma dispozitiilor Legale in vigoare privind protectia persoanelor cu la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date; + inceteze prelucrarea datelor personale ale solicitantului. ?E ]e -t prima comunicare scrisa catre aceste persoane li se vor aduce la cunostinta toate drepturile prevazute de Regulamentul General privind protectia datelor cu caracter personal. Art.g. Intreruperea campaniei promotionale l.Campania va putea fi intrerupta ori incetata inainte de castigarea tuturor premiilor in caz de forta majora, inclusiv in cazul imposibilitatii Organizatorului, din motive independente de vointa sa, de a continua pr ezerrta Campanie. Art. 10 Forta majora 1. Pentru scopul acestui Regulament, Forta Majora inseamna orice eveniment care nu poate fi controlat, remediat sau previzionat de catre Organizator si a carui aparitie pune pe acesta din urma in imposibilitatea de a-si indeplini obligatiile asumate prin Regulament. In categoria acestor evenimente sunt incluse,faraa se limita la acestea: razboaie, incendii, inundatii, greve si blocade, cutremure, alte catastrofe de orice fel, precum si orice reglementare care poate aparea ulterior intrarii in vigoare a Contractului si care poate interzice sau modifica termenii Regulamentului, etc. 2. Daca Organizatorul invoca forta majora, este obligat sa comunice Participantilor la Campanie, in termen de 5 zile de la aparitia cazului de forta majora, existenta acesteia. Art.l 1. Dispozitii finale 1. Deciziile in privinta acordarii premiilor ramase vor fi luate de catre un comitet al Campaniei, compus din reprezentanti legali ai Avon Cosmetics (Romania) S.R.L. numiti de catre Comisia de Organizare. Deciziile luate de catre comitetul Campaniei in privinta premiilor individuale ramase si a participarii la excursie vor fi finale si nu pot fi contestate. 3. In cazul in care Comisia de Organizare descopera orice fel de inconsistente sau incalcari ale acestor reguli, Comisia de Organizare are dreptul sa verifice daca Participantii la Campanie se supun cererilor din Regulament. Comisia de Organizarevaavea dreptul sa ceara Participantilor sa prezinte declaratii relevante, sa ofere informatii relevante sau sa aduca documente relevante Procesat si autentific at de Societate Profesionald Notariald VERITAS, astazi data autentificarii, intr- un exemplar original care ramdne in arhiva biroului notarial qi 4 (patru) duplicate, din care unul va ramdne in arhiva biroului notarial, qi 3 (trei) exemplare au fost eliberate pdrfilor. Discovered during the work of the Central Lydia Archaeological Survey in the Marmara Lake basin of the Gediz Valley in western Turkey, the material evidence appears to correlate well with text-based reconstructions of Late Bronze Age historical geog- raphy drawn from Hittite archives. One site in particular—Kaymakçı—stands out as a regional capital and the results of the systematic archaeological survey allow for an understanding of local settlement patterns, moving beyond traditional correlations between historical geography and capital sites alone. Comparison with contemporary sites in central western Anatolia, furthermore, identifies material com- monalities in site forms that may indicate a regional architectural tradition if not just influence from Hittite hegemony. We have set up this presentation to inform you of our draft Strategic Plan for College Credit Plus. The Strategic Plan has 4 goals – and all of the information that we are sharing today will focus on the goals. The intention of the Strategic Plan is to lay the foundation of moving College Credit Plus forward over the next few years. In time, we will add goals and strategies that will focus on policy development as needed based on stakeholder feedback. These two slides will provide a general overview of the goals and strategies – then we’ll review some specific examples. 2 College Credit Plus Goal 1 – To implement a comprehensive communication plan Some of the strategies associated with this goal include providing on-going assistance to secondary and postsecondary professionals, parents, and students regarding CCP implementation, processes and statute/rules; developing innovative practice resources for the program; reaching out to stakeholders – with REGIONAL meetings like these; providing meaningful data via robust performance measures to inform policy/decision making; and developing new and expanded resources such as the monthly News Bulletin, social media, and website updates.

Considering the primary importance of these historical sources, it is astonishing how little attention has been paid to the way they have been edited by Meritt, McGregor and Wade-Gery in The Athenian Tnbute Lists (ATL) I-IV from 1939-1953 and by Meritt in Inscnptiones Graecae (IG I3) 254-291 from 1981 during the last several decades.1 This negligence on the part of contemporary scholars, both ancient historians and, more surprisingly, also Greek epigraphists, stands in sharp contrast to the central place the lists take in academic articles, monographs and history books dealing with Greek history of the fifth century BC.
