A on počinje upravo večeras, koncertnom promocijom njihovog novog albuma „Vremenom“ objavljenog za Dallas Records, na kojem se nalazi 10 novih intimnih priča koje glazbom i riječima oslikavaju apsurd i veličanstvenost ljudskog postojanja, svu ljepotu i složenost komunikacije i kaos međuljudskih odnosa. Iza ovog projekta stoji Britanac Richie Elmes, koji osim na njemu radi i na glazbenim kolaboracijama kao što su Psymmetrix i A.R.T. Conspiracy. Asimilionov pristup glazbi je da ona ne mora pripadati određenom žanru; dok god je to dobra glazba, granice ne bi trebalo nametati. No njegov je idealni zvuk negdje između hrskavo-mljackavog psihodeličnog techna i jutarnje glazbe s melodičnim prizvukom te funky plesnim basom. Od njegove glazbe možete očekivati tečne i tvrđe melodije; kao u dobrim starim danima, samo novo, svježe i godinama prije isteka datuma trajanja. Nedavno je izdana kompilacija “No Funny Business” koja sadrži tri Richijeve trake, a još njegovih izdanja možete naći na labelovima Bom Shanka Music, Blue Hour Sounds, Zero Gravity Records i Liquid Records. Na žalost, baš kao i svi ostali glazbeni pravci koji su u početku izgledali opasno po establišment (punk, metal, grunge, rap...) u igru se uplela velika lova, a s njom i mediji, žutilo, fakeri... Kako je hip-hop pustio korijene u Hrvatskoj i koji je njegov današnji društveni utjecaj i položaj s nama će prodiskutirati (uz vaše aktivno sudjelovanje): pionir domaćeg rapa Renman, komercijalne perjanice TBF kao i mlade snage Remi (Elemental) i Tremens. Teorijsku i filmsku potporu pružiti će nam novinar i filmski redatelj Igor Kolovrat čiji će dokumentarac “Hip hop priča iz Hrvatske” otvoriti Turbinu. upad: 0 KN PETAK 12.11. • V 21:00 K 22:00 MOČVARA TRAŽI ZVIJEZDU + ŠTALA MARIA KOVAČA - druga večer Nakon medijskog i, puno bitnije, glazbenog uspjeha prve natjecateljske večeri programa “Močvara traži zvijezdu” u kojoj je nastupilo pet bendova nastavljamo dalje u žestokom tonu. Komisija sastavljena od šačice Močvaraca koji su bili prisiljeni preslušati materijale stotinjak prijavljenih demo bendova morala je uzeti bolovanje izazvano zujanjem u ušima, no sve žrtve će im se jednog dana isplatiti kada će s ponosom moći pričati svojim unucima kako su upravo oni doprinjeli usponu alternativne mjuze u Hrvata i okolnih naroda. DVD izlazi 8. studenog u čak 3 različita izdanja, standard s 2cd 1dvd, deluxe s 2cd 2dvd i Blu Ray. Na DVD-u se nalazi snimka koncerata održanih 20. i 21. rujna 2009. u Barceloni u sklopu turneje „Tour Of The Universe 2009/2010“. Songs can include spooky, dark, or classic-but-cheesy Halloween tunes (such as Monster Mash). Or you can imagine the wide variety of costumes and use those themes. I’ve included a few common themes such as Sci-Fi and Spy Thriller in my list. Over the years I’ve gotten many of these song suggestions from various online forums, other instructors, and by simply searching online music sources for “Halloween”, “James Bond”, “Witch”, “Ghost” and other key words.     Ozric Tentacles – Vitamin Enhanced (6 CDs, Digital, Kscope/Edel, 2021, 1984-1989) Was heute wieder bei den Nerds en vogue ist, war in den 80ern ein bestimmender Teil der vitalen Undergroundszene: Veröffentlichungen auf Kassette. Noch bevor Ozric Tentacles ihre ersten regulären Alben auf Vinyl herausbrachten, war für die ersten Aufnahmen noch das gute alte Tapedeck als effektive Vervielfältigungsmöglichkeit angesagt. Einfach die Takes aus dem Proberaum klanglich etwas aufgehübscht, dazu noch eine kunterbunte Verpackung für das Kunststoffgehäuse kreiert, diese danach kopiert und voilà: schon war die kostengünstige Eigenveröffentlichung fertig, die man in erster Linie auf Konzerten an die Leute bringen konnte. Tja, in den 80ern war alles eben etwas rudimentärer und handgemacht. „Vitamin Enhanced“ ist die mittlerweile vierte Auflage der raren und gesuchten Frühwerke der britischen Kultband Ozric Tentacles. Einmal mehr wurden „Erpsongs“, „Tantric Obstacles“, „Live Ethereal Cereal“, „There Is Nothing“, „Sliding Gliding Worlds“ und die Raritätensammlung „The Bit Between The Bits“ als umfangreiche Werkschau vereint. In der Vergangenheit erschienen bereits diese MCs auf Vinyl und CD, für die aktuelle Ausgabe überarbeitete Ed Wynne, die treibende Kraft hinter den psychedelischen Space Rockern, nochmals den historischen Backkatalog in den heimischen Blue Bubble Studios. Die historischen Aufnahmen wurden remastered, um aus ihnen klanglich so viel wie möglich herauszuholen. Natürlich darf man hier keinen High-End Genuss erwarten, denn dafür ist das originale Material klanglich eher in den Bereich authentisch und ungeschliffen einzuordnen. Auch hinkt der Vergleich mit den regulären Alben etwas, wirkt alles noch unfertiger und spontaner, ist die Band noch auf der Suche der eigenen Identität, selbst wenn zum Großteil bereits deutlich zu erkennen ist, wohin die rein instrumentalen Reisen einmal gehen werden.
