In 2005, RD 69/2005 was issued to give Haya Water Concession to Operate Facilities in Muscat Governorate.

The Company signed a 30 years Concession Agreement with the Government to build and operate wastewater collection, treatment and reuse systems in 2006.

Agreement with Muscat Municipality regarding supply of TE water in 2006.

Agreement with Government about land use (21 different agreements for different lands).
