Cabinet Lead for Transport Executive Summary In order to ensure that everyone in Tees Valley is able to work, study, enjoy and fully participate in our ambitious plans for the future, we need a world-class transport system. Delivering a network that is fit for the future is a critical enabler for the success of the area.
