...................................................................................................... 8 1 | P a g e 2019 RESIDENT INFORMATION BOOKLET Document Overview The purpose of the following document is to provide one source of information for residents and property owners who reside in and around the Vodafone Gold Coast 600 Supercars event precinct, on all frequently asked questions relating to event accreditation and accessing your home during the Vodafone Gold Coast 600 Supercars event. Refer to Page 1 for a list of all questions answered within this booklet. What is accreditation? Accreditation is the term used for the wristbands issued to those who reside or work within the Vodafone Gold Coast 600 event precinct, to provide them access to their home or workplace during the event. Accreditation is offered in good faith and under no circumstances can it be offered for sale or included in any holiday let package. People whom are found to be in possession of, or are found to be involved in the distribution of Supercars accreditation obtained from an unauthorised source or a stolen or counterfeit pass, will be prosecuted and the pass/s will be cancelled immediately. What is the event precinct? The “event precinct” refers to the area located within the temporary event fencing. When does the event precinct lock down? From 12:01am Friday 25th October, to 7:00pm Sunday 27th October 2019, the Vodafone Gold Coast 600 event precinct will be secured, and entry will be via accreditation or a valid event ticket only. It is vital that you always carry your accreditation with you, as you will always be required to show it to security to re-enter the event precinct. Please ensure you abide by these rules…it will make your life so much easier! Please Note: the precinct is re-locked down after racing each day, and only those with resident accreditation or patrons with an event ticket and an Accommodation Access Pass will be able to enter the event precinct. For more information on this, refer to “What is an Accommodation Access Pass?” on Page 6. Patrons with Ticketek or Corporate tickets who do not have Accommodation Access Passes cannot enter the precinct after 5pm or before 7am each day of racing. When can I apply for accreditation? Online applications will open at 9:00am, Wednesday 28th August 2019 and will remain open through till the conclusion of the event. How do I apply for accreditation? The link to apply for accreditation can be found on the Gold Coast Community page of the Supercars website. www.supercars.com/gold-coast/community/resident-information After completing your online application, an automatic email will be generated, advising that your application has been received by the Supercars Accreditation department. Please note: this is not confirmation that your accreditation application has been approved. 2 | P a g e 2019 RESIDENT INFORMATION BOOKLET Your application, including all supporting documentation will be reviewed and only approved if all guidelines are successfully met. What supporting documentation do I need to supply? All new accreditation applications, and tenants with a renewed lease must provide supporting documentation to verify their claim. Supporting documentation must include your name and the address you are requesting accreditation for. Examples of accepted supporting documents are outlined within the below table. Supporting documentation can be uploaded when submitting your application online, or emailed to [email protected] Resident Type Supporting Documentation Permanent Owner/Occupier • Current Rates Notice; or • Proof of Purchase Non-Resident Owner • Current Rates Notice; or • Proof of Purchase Permanent Tenant • Current Lease (showing all tenants listed); and • Copy of the Rental Bond Authority Receipt; or • Utility Bill with name and address Family Trust or Company • Evidence that you are named in the Family Trust or as a Director of the Company Applications submitted without the relevant supporting documentation, will not be processed. Applicants who do not provide supporting documentation as part of their application, will need to attend the Accreditation Centre and provide the required documentation for review before any accreditation will be issued. Are accreditation applications verified? The Supercars Accreditation Department will authenticate all resident applications and reserves the right to refuse any application that cannot be verified. Action will be taken in any proven case of persons fraudulently applying for resident accreditation. Will my personal details remain confidential? Supercars respects the privacy of your personal information. We are bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) as set out in the Privacy

Imported from UK via TIM agents in Bentleigh Vic. Whole ticket printed in purple on strip, value dialled by driver or queue conductor1, includes route and section (001-009) for bus or day/hour code (11-99) for queue conductor. The code at left signifies O= ordinary, F= combined ferry ticket, 2/W= child’s two way ticket, C= concession, T= transfer ticket, R= return ticket. They were also used by the following private operators (bold indicates examples seen): Bosnjak Edensor Park, Blue & Red Buses Murwillumbah, Mylon’s Busways Albury-Wodonga, Fogg’s Bus Service Singleton. West Bankstown Bus Service is known to have used both titled and untitled2 TIMs- see the examples illustrated. Some operators used the generic wording “Passenger Services”: see the chapter on OPA generic tickets for details. In all cases the machine number (indicated in the illustration) should tie a machine to an operator. West Bankstown Bus Service is an example. This map from Adelaide‘s latest Noarlunga rail timetable illustrates the problem of trying to include too much information on a topographically correct map. Around each station there‘s a clutter of symbols but then there large expanses of open space between stations. The timetable is probably unreadable in all but the best light œ too many lines and shades. The completely unnecessary dark blue horizontal shading dominates rather than indicates that the train starts further up the line. Then the little unreadable symbols? A hyphen would be much clearer.
