International Edition – 14 November 2016 Countdown to launch of France’s first urban cable car On Saturday 19 November, Keolis will launch France’s first urban cable car in the city of Brest in north-west Brittany. The system features the vertical crossing of cabins – a world first – and will link the left bank station, situated on a hill above the naval base, to the right bank station located inside the Ateliers des Capucins. The new Capucins eco-district, structured around former French Navy workshops, will house shops and restaurants as well as cultural and leisure facilities. The cable car is operated automatically and the system is supervised by Keolis Brest teams at the Bibus network control room. The two, 60-passenger cabins provide breath-taking views of the harbour during the three- minute crossing over the river Penfeld. This new, economical and environmentally-friendly urban transport mode will be integrated into the city’s existing public transport network, and passengers can access the tram, bus and cable car with a single Bibus transport ticket. • Aéroports De Paris a Proposal to Promote the Competitiveness of the Air Transport Sector to the Benefit of Passengers, Local Areas and Employment
Aéroports de Paris A proposal to promote the competitiveness of the air transport sector to the benefit of passengers, local areas and employment The principal measures in the 2016-2020 Economic Regulation Agreement proposal ©Jouanneaux, ADP - 1 - Augustin de Romanet Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris The air transport industry is one of the principal drivers of international growth and one of the French economy’s greatest assets. It contributes in a decisive way to the country’s attractiveness and competitiveness. Everything must therefore be done to strengthen this industry, which is facing competition and new passenger demands, and to transform its growth into new business and new jobs for the Paris region. Aéroports de Paris will play its full part in this endeavour. The industry is growing and creating new jobs, but the changes underway are intensifying competition among airlines, and among major cities and their airports to capture global growth. Airports can no longer be considered as protected players. Against this background, the 2016-2020 Economic Regulation Agreement that we put forward here takes on a new dimension: that of a tool to win market share and create value for the entire industry. We have drawn on all of the levers we have at our disposal to ensure the consistency, effectiveness and fairness of this proposal. The investment programme has been carefully tailored to the requirements in terms of capacity, safety and quality. The pricing structure project has undergone in-depth changes and will foster the development of international and connecting traffic. The productivity effort Aéroports de Paris is ready to deploy is unprecedented.

Strategic plan for the 2016-2020 period ©ADP-LE BRAS Gwen - Zoo Studio - 1 - Augustin de Romanet Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Aéroports de Paris ONNECT 2020, the Aéroports de Paris strategic plan for the 2016-2020 period, espouses the vision of the airport as a node connecting local areas, passengers, airlines and the multiple skills of the men and women who work there every day. In a changing world, where the major airport "Ccities are in competition, our task remains the same - connecting people with one another, guaranteeing the fastest and smoothest traffic of goods and services - but it obliges us to be more efficient. Our strategic plan for the next five years is based on the Economic Regulation Agreement (ERA) that we have just signed with the French government, but it goes much further than that. It is a plan that nurtures the competitiveness of the whole air transport sector and local areas. With CONNECT 2020, Aéroports de Paris wishes to express its full potential to pursue the ambition of being a leader in airport design, construction and operations. For the next five years, we have defined three main strategic priorities: to optimise, to attract and to expand, that apply to all our activities. Optimise by making the most of our resources in order to improve operational efficiency and provide a better service for the airlines. Over the next five years, we are undertaking an unprecedented capital expenditure programme of €4.6 billion, of which €3 billion is allocated to regulated activities, including our core business: airports. We are also continuing with our efforts in productivity, by bringing costs per passenger down by 8%.
