    Teamup AUDL Power Rankings 6/22/21

TeamUp Fantasy AUDL Power Rankings (6/24 - 6/30) https://www.teamupfantasy.com/ 1. New York Empire The Empire are still in the number one spot this week. Last weekend they had a game against the Thunderbirds and won easily. They should get another win against the Cannons next week. A real test for the Empire will be in two weeks, when they face the Breeze. 2. Chicago Union Chicago had a great weekend; they beat the Mechanix 30-13 and advanced to 3-0 on the season. Danny Miller played extremely well for them and earned player of the game from the Union. Their next game is against the AlleyCats, who have only beaten the Mechanix this year. 3. DC Breeze The game last weekend for the Breeze was amazing. Their offense and defense both had completion percentages above 90. Young players such as Jacques Nissen and Duncan Fitzgerald stepped up and played well. A.J. Merriman had a huge performance with 3 blocks and 6 scores. They are moving up a spot this week. 4. Raleigh Flyers The Flyers are moving down a spot this week, but that is only because the Breeze played exceptionally well. The Flyers got their first win of the season last weekend and have an easier schedule on the horizon. The next three games they play should be easy wins. 5. Dallas Roughnecks Dallas is staying in the same spot this week. They have only played two games and are currently 1-1. Even though they have only played two games, they did beat a good Aviators team this week.

MISCELLANEOUS Phoenix Municipal Stadium, the A’s Spring Training home OAKLAND-ALAMEDA COUNTY COLISEUM FRONT OFFICE 2009 ATHLETICS REVIEW The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum plays host to concerts, conventions and other large gatherings in addi- tion to serving as the home for the Oakland Athletics and Oakland Raiders. The A’s have used the facility to its advantage over the years, posting the second best home record (492-318, .607) in the Major Leagues over the last 10 seasons. In 2003, the A’s set an Oakland record for home wins as they finished with a 57-24 (.704) record in the Coliseum, marking the most home wins in franchise history since 1931 RECORDS when the Philadelphia Athletics went 60-15 at home. In addition, two of the A’s World Championships have been clinched on the Coliseum’s turf. The Coliseum’s exceptional sight lines, fine weather and sizable staging areas have all contributed to its popularity among performers, promoters and the Bay Area public. The facility is conveniently located adjacent to I-880 with two exits (Hegenberger Road/66th Avenue) leading directly to the complex. Along with the Oracle Arena, which is located adjacently, it is the only major entertainment facility with a dedicated stop on the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system. The Oakland International Airport is less than a two-mile drive from the Coliseum with shuttle service to several local hotels and restaurants. In October of 1995, the Coliseum HISTORY began a one-year, $120 renovation proj- ect that added 22,000 new seats, 90 luxury suites, two private clubs and two OAKLAND-ALAMEDA COUNTY COLISEUM state-of-the-art scoreboards.

    Teamup AUDL Power Rankings

TeamUp Fantasy AUDL Power Rankings (7/8 - 7/14) https://www.teamupfantasy.com/ 1. Chicago Union The Union have earned the number one spot this week. They are now 5-0 after their win against the Radicals. Chicago's offense has so many weapons and they manage to take smart shots. In their game this past weekend, their defense played better than they have before. If they keep up this level of play they will have a good shot at the title. 2. DC Breeze DC is moving up a spot this week. Last weekend they beat the Empire in impressive fashion. They won by three, but New York scored a couple goals in the final minutes of the game. DC’s offense performed extremely well - as they always do - and their defense managed to get a ton of run through Ds. 3. New York Empire New York is stepping down from their pedestal this week. After being at the top for the first five weeks of the season, the Empire lost to the Breeze. The Empire allowed the Breeze to get too many run through Ds that could have been fixed. The Empire are still a great team and are still scary to face. 4. Raleigh Flyers The Flyers managed to beat the Cannons last week. With that being said, they are staying in the number four spot this week. They have another game against the Cannons next week, which should be another easy win. This team has a lot of potential to make it deep into the playoffs this year.

Biography Dick Stockton Award Winning Sportscaster, Broadcaster and Analyst In a very inspiring, humorous and engaging presentation, Stockton shares with audiences his behind-the-scenes experiences in some of the greatest moments in sports. Dick Stockton is a national network sports television broadcaster who has covered events for virtually every major sport for over four decades. He has called baseball’s World Series, nine NBA championship finals, countless NCAA basketball tournament games including Regional finals and hosted one NCAA Final Four. He has covered major league baseball for over ten seasons as well as two American League championship series and when he was with Turner Sports he covered seven National League Division series. In addition, his voice is synonymous with two winter Olympic Games punctuated by the Gold Medal performance in speed-skating by Dan Jansen in Norway in 1994 as well as the gold medal victories of Bonnie Blair. Stockton started freelancing for CBS Sports in the late 1960s, while still doing local television at KDKA- TV in Pittsburgh. In 1978, he joined CBS full-time, and from then until 1994 covered a variety of sports for that network, including the NFL, the NBA, Major League Baseball, college basketball including ten years as a play-by-play broadcaster of the NCAA Regional Finals. Stockton was the host at the famous upset of Villanova over Georgetown in 1985. Stockton was part of the broadcast crew for NBC Sports’ coverage of the 1975 World Series, and on television he called Carlton Fisk’s legendary 12th-inning home run in the sixth game of the World Series for NBC Sports (“if it stays fair......home run!”) Stockton left CBS in 1994 for Fox Sports, which continues to employ him on NFL and Major League Baseball telecasts.
