DIMA” CLUJ-NAPOCA LA INCHEIEREA ANULUI 2017 Prezentul raport anual al rectorului privind starea Academiei la încheierea anului 2017 vizează direcţiile de dezvoltare instituţională, acţiunile şi măsurile care au fost întreprinse în perioada aprilie 2017 -aprilie 2018, menite să conducă la optimizarea activităţilor academice de învăţământ şi cercetare, a exerciţiului administrativ-financiar şi a vieţii sociale din Academia de Muzică. Metodologia de raportare cuprinde sintetic datele, având următoarele capitole: a.)situaţia financiară a universităţii, pe surse de finanţare şi tipuri de cheltuieli b.) situaţia fiecărui program de studii c.)situaţia personalului instituţiei d.) rezultatele activităților de cercetare e.)situația asigurării calității activităților din cadrul universității. f.) situaţia respectării eticii universitare şi a eticii activităţilor de cercetare g.) situația posturilor vacante h.) situaţia inserţiei profesionale a absolvenţilor din promoţiile precedente a.) SITUATIA FINANCIARA A UNIVERSITATII, PE SURSE DE FINANTARE ŞI TIPURI DE CHELTUIELI La nivelul instituției în anul 2017 au fost încasate venituri în sumă de 23.237.121 lei și s-au efectuat cheltuieli - plăți în sumă de 22.339.770 lei. Sumele surselor de venituri încasate au fost urmatoarele: a) - Finanțarea de Bază 17.569.583 - Venituri Proprii din Taxe 1.248.144 - Venituri: servicii, cursuri,serbări 358.606 - Venituri Proprii din Sponsorizari 4.503 - Venituri din IPA SIGHIS 18.966 - Venituri ERASMUS 314.972 b) Venituri din aloc.buget.cu dest.spec. 3.410.107 lei, din care: 3 Cluj-Napoca, Str. I.C.Brătianu, nr. 25, cod poștal 400079 Telefon/fax: 0264593879 Web: www.amgd.ro Email: [email protected] | [email protected] Din cheltuielile curente, cele cu salariile au avut o pondere de 76,28 % Analiza pe surse de finantare și tipuri de cheltuieli: Finanțarea de bază a incasat venituri de 17.569.583 lei, iar cheltuielile au fost de 16.801.975 lei. Platile de personal au fost de 15.228.412 lei, iar cele materiale de 1573.878 lei. Ponderea cheltuielilor de personal a fost de 90.64 % din care plata cu ora in proportie de 14,58 % Din cadrul cheltuielilor materiale, cele mai semnificative au fost: - iluminat încălzit 345.599 - apă, canal, salubritate 26.808 - serv.telecom.internet 56.220 - alte bunuri și servicii 189.796 - deplasări interne 52.002 - chirii 162.627 - alte cheltuieli cu bunuri 44.332 - furnituri de birou 169.586 - chelt.judiciare 93.100 Veniturile proprii încasate din taxe și sponsorizari, editură, proiect IPA Sighisoara si Erasmus au fost de 2.274.366 lei iar cheltuielile /plătile au fost de 2.143.773 ei. Din totalul plăților cele de personal sunt de 1.454.288 lei iar cele materiale de 311.604 lei, cele de asistenta sociala de 44.173 lei și burse de 4000 lei, Erasmus de 330.109 lei ,IPA Sighisoara de 164 lei, iar cele de capital de 0 lei . Sursa alocații bugetare cu destinație specială speciala a incasat venituri in suma de 3.410.107. lei, iar cheltuielile/ platile au fost de 3.229.308 lei, din care cele de personal de 212.057 lei, cele materiale 0 lei. - Din acestea subventiile au incasat 212.057 lei si s-au cheltuit 212.057 lei. - Bursele au incasat 1.820.050 lei si s-au platit 1.597.914 lei - Protectia sociala transport a incasat 78.000 lei si s-a platit 122.173 lei. - Cheltuielile de capital au avut alocata suma de 1.300.000 lei , din care s-au achizitionat instrumente si aparatura in suma de 1.297.171 lei. Sursa Pr. IPA Sighis a incasat 18.966 lei , iar platile au fost de 164 lei. b.) SITUAŢIA PROGRAMELOR DE STUDII Academia de Muzică „Gh. Dima” este organizată cu un număr de două facultăţi ( cu cinci departamente) - Facultatea de Interpretare Muzicală și Facultatea Teoretică extensii ale celor două facultăţi constituite la Piatra Neamţ, Departamentul-suport Învăţământ la Distanţă (D.I.D.), Departament de Specialitate cu Profil Psihopedagogic ( D.S.P.P) şi o Şcoală doctorală. În urma clasifiării universităţilor româneşti de către Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului, oficializată prin OMECTS nr. 5262/05.09.2011, instituţia a fost încadrată categoriei de universitate de educaţie şi creaţie artistică, cu acordarea calificativului maxim Încredere - pentru toate programele acreditate şi acordarea calificativului de Încredere Ridicată – pentru evaluarea instituţională, conform standardelor ARACIS. Pe parcursul anului 2017 conform strategiei AMGD la oferta educaţinală s-au adăugat trei programe de master (un program Musical Art limba română la ZI, un program Musical Art limba engleză la ID, un şi un program ȋn limba franceză Art du spectacle musicale), având astfel 11 programe de studii de licenţă / forma de învăţământ de zi, 3 programe de licenţă /forma de învăţământ la distanţă, 7 programe de masterat, prograul de formare psihopedagogică în vederea certificării competenţelor pentru profesia didactică Nivel I şi Nivel II şi Şcoala Doctorală cu 1 domeniu

Musicians who restrict themselves only to classical music may approach danger regarding a career and livelihood, which includes audience interest, employability and financial instability. In this study the term “crossover” refers to classical artists’ who use their skills to perform other genres.
