Since our first meeting it has been our task to present latest developments in endoscopic imaging and minimally invasive approaches to gastrointestinal diseases. With regard to an increa- sing globalization in endoscopy we offer the possibility to experience the racing progress in clinical and researching aspects from different parts of the world. With our varied program of lectures, discussions and live video presentations we believe we have created an ideal professional learning environment. The rise in number of participants and the very positive results of detailed evalua- tions of the previous symposia prove our successful concept. We are looking forward to interesting days.
