Key job responsibilities include: -Developing the role of project engineering for small to medium size projects up to $2 MM throughout the life of the project, from project identification to start up. -Leads detail engineering, procurement and construction project team. -Understands and coaches interlocking steps of the Global Project Methodology work process across all design and construction disciplines and ensures integration among the involved engineering functions. -Ensure safety, legal and internal regulations are met. -Obtain needed resources consistent with the project schedule and negotiates the resolution of conflicts between multiple parties and priorities. -Ensures the application of work processes in order to achieve the project goals. -Additionally, as member of the design and construction empowered team, it is expected to actively participate as a member of the team by taking over specific team tasks. Qualifications: -Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required. Chemical Engineering can also be considered. -High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
