El treball segueix una estructura temporal lògica d’identificació del sector en el que opera la companyia i de la pròpia companyia, seguit de la identificació de la tecnologia actual i dels requisits necessaris. Posteriorment, s’han identificat els diferents ERP que hi ha al mercat en codi obert, ja que s’ha estimat que era l’opció més econòmica donades les característiques d’Àmfora de Baco. D’entre els ERP identificats s’ha seleccionat l’opció més adient mitjançant un scoring funcional. A continuació s’ha identificat quins mòduls caldria implementar per poder donar resposta als requisits funcionals identificats, de forma que la solució s’adapti a les necessitats de la Companyia. Amb aquesta selecció s’han analitzat els costos derivats de la implementació de l’ERP, així com els riscos assumits i els mecanismes existents per a mitigar-los en la mesura del possible. Finalment s’ha analitzat en primer lloc la gestió del canvi que cal tenir present al afrontar un projecte disruptiu d’aquestes característiques en una petita empresa, i s’han establert les pautes del protocol d’actuació amb clients en base a la informació estructurada que estarà disponible per a la companyia un cop l’ERP estigui implementat. ii El resultat correspon a un pla d’actuació, implementació i estimació de riscos i costos de la implementació de l’ERP a Àmfora de Baco, una distribuïdora de begudes alcohòliques local. Abstract (in English, 250 words or less): The purpose of this report is to identify the functional and non-functional requirements that Àmfora de Baco, an alcoholic beverages’ small distributor, requires to determine which ERP best suits its needs. The report follows a logical temporal structure of identification of the sector in which the company operates and of the company itself, followed by the identification of its technology’s status quo and the requirements it needs. Subsequently, the different open source ERPs that can be find in the market has been identified, since it has been estimated that it was the most economical option given the characteristics of Àmfora de Baco. Out of the identified ERPs, the most optimal option has been selected by using a functional scoring system. Next, it has been identified the modules to be implemented in order to be able to meet the functional requirements identified, so that the solution is adapted to the needs of the Company. When the ERP and its modules were selected, the costs derived from the implementation of ERP were estimated, together with the risk assumptions and the existing mechanisms to mitigate those risks. Finally, the change management linked to such a disruptive project for a small company was analyzed, and the high-level guidelines of the protocol of action with clients based on structured information were established. The result corresponds to a plan for the action, implementation and estimation of risks and costs of the implementation of the ERP to Àmfora de Baco, a local distributor of alcoholic beverages. iii Índex 1.
