Odluka O Mreži Predškolskih Ustanova Na Teritoriji Grada Beograda ODLUKA O MREŽI PREDŠKOLSKIH USTANOVA NA TERITORIJI GRADA BEOGRADA ("Sl. list grada Beograda", br. 8/2012, 23/2012 - ispr., 62/2014 i 4/2017) Član 1 Ovom odlukom utvrđuje se broj i prostorni raspored predškolskih ustanova na teritoriji grada Beograda u kojima se obavlja delatnost predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja (u daljem tekstu: Mreža predškolskih ustanova), čiji je osnivač grad Beograd. Član 2 U predškolskoj ustanovi ostvaruje se predškolsko vaspitanje i obrazovanje za decu uzrasta od šest meseci do polaska u školu, u skladu sa osnovama programa predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja. Predškolska ustanova obavlja delatnost predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja dece predškolskog uzrasta i delatnost kojom se obezbeđuje ishrana, nega, preventivno-zdravstvena i socijalna zaštita dece predškolskog uzrasta, u skladu sa zakonom. Član 3 Delatnost predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja ostvaruje se u organizaciji predškolskih ustanova osnovanih u skladu sa Mrežom predškolskih ustanova, koja je sastavni deo ove odluke. Član 4 Delatnost predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja obavlja se u objektima predškolskih ustanova u sedištu predškolske ustanove i objektima van sedišta predškolske ustanove - izdvojenim odeljenjima, u skladu sa zakonom. Predškolske ustanove mogu, na osnovu utvrđenih potreba i interesa dece i roditelja da obavljaju delatnost i u izdvojenom odeljenju u prostorima osnovnih škola i drugim prostorima, koji u skladu sa zakonom i drugim propisima ispunjavaju uslove za obavljanje delatnosti predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja. Član 5 Promene u broju i prostornom rasporedu predškolskih ustanova obuhvaćenih Mrežom predškolskih ustanova, vršiće se izmenom i dopunom ove odluke, saglasno kriterijumima koje je utvrdila Vlada Republike Srbije. Član 6 Stupanjem na snagu ove odluke prestaje da važi Odluka o mreži dečjih vrtića u Beogradu ("Službeni list grada Beograda", br. 12/06 i 42/09). Član 7 Ova odluka stupa na snagu osmog dana od dana objavljivanja u "Službenom listu grada Beograda". MREŽA PREDŠKOLSKIH USTANOVA KAPACITET Red. On the night before our wedding, the lobby bar of the Square Nine hotel was bathed in a marmalade lamplight, as if time were suspended. I still recall the bear hugs of my arriving friends, coats slapped, hands warmed with foam-clouded hot chocolates; the glorious mayhem that followed. Later that evening, at the Tri Sešira, a 19th-century tavern in bohemian Skadarlija, wooden boards descended as if from the air, piled high with mountain cheeses, kajmak (the love child of butter and clotted cream) and processional meats with dense cuts of pork and lamb. The home-cooked scents wrapped themselves around us, as did a ragtag of gypsy musicians, ever more raucous, on beaten-up accordions and guitars. The Serbian capital isn’t a showstopper; it didn’t grab me by the heartstrings the first time I arrived here as a reporter 15 years ago. But over years of returning, the things that failed to charm me before – things I simply couldn’t understand – now make me wonder how I ever lived without them.

Predstavqaju}i jedinstveni urbani feno- men izra`en kroz mnogostrukost oblika, sadr`aja i zna~e- wa progla{en je prostornom, kulturno-istorijskom celi- nom od velikog zna~aja za republiku, koja ima svojstva kul- turnog dobra („Slu`beni glasnik SRS”, broj 14/79).     Activities in Belgrade Sights to see 1. Belgrade Fortress (Kalemegdan Park) The number one must-see location in the city. Some 115 battles have been fought over impressive Kalemegdan. Over the centuries, the citadel has been destroyed more than 40 times. The building of the fortification began in Celtic times, which the Romans extended onto the flood plains during their settlement of 'Singidunum', Belgrade's Roman name. Much of what stands today is the product of 18th-century Austro-Hungarian and TurKish reconstructions. The fort's bloody history, discernible despite today's plethora of jolly cafes and funfairs, only maKes Kalemegdan all the more fascinating. Entering from Knez Mihailova, go through the 18th- century Karadjordje Gate to reach the Upper Town (Gornji grad) of the fortress. From the Stambol Gate (1750), you will reach the Military Museum and the 27.5 metre high ClocK Tower. Further along, you will see a small bricK octagon; this is the 1784 Ali Pasha's Turbeh (tomb), one of Belgrade's few well- preserved Islamic monuments. The Roman Well is nearby, a mysterious 60m deep hole (more a cistern than a well) of dubious origin and shrouded in horrifying legends; apparently the well even managed to creep out a visiting Alfred HitchcocK! Looming beside it is the Victor Monument, a symbol of Belgrade erected in 1928 to commemorate Serbia’s victories over the Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian Empires during the BalKan Wars and WWI. This 14 metre high monument is the city’s most recognisable landmarK and famous Belgrade attraction. The plateau around the monument is always crowded with tourists and Belgrade natives, partly because of the breath-taKing view over the confluence of the two rivers that flow through Belgrade, and the beauty of this landmarK as part of the historic Belgrade Fortress.

Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) to be issued by the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia acting by and through the Ministry of Finance (the “Issuer”) will mature on 26 June 2029 and, unless previously purchased and cancelled, will be redeemed at their principal amount on that date. The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 1.500 per cent. per annum. Interest will accrue on the outstanding principal amount of the Notes from and including 26 June 2019 and will be payable annually in arrear on 26 June in each year, commencing on 26 June 2020.     UDC 711.4 (497.11) 711.4 (560.118) CHASING THE LIMELIGHT: BELGRADE AND ISTANBUL IN THE GLOBAL COMPETITION Aleksandra Stupar, Cenk Hamamcioglu The purpose of this paper is to analyze and compare main changes of contemporary Belgrade and Istanbul - two urban nodes at the crossroads of different and multileveled flows. Following the same pattern of global activation, inevitable competition and networking, these cities are trying to synchronize their multidimensional background, establish new patterns of global behavior and adjust them to the dynamism of modern life. Consequently, their historical role has been modified, urban tissue has been developed, recreated and regenerated, and the output of this process represents an attractive testimony of their global initiation. Revealing the ambiguous nature of strong economic forces as well as a new fusion of urban cultures, Belgrade and Istanbul are structuring the globalized image with the new key-elements. However, their true potential and the real efficiency of this process should be re-evaluated - the changed physiognomy of the city could improve its position in the global hierarchy and facilitate its integration into the global community, but, sometimes, local limitations are too complex and too strong to be ignored. Population age structure is changing, and takes unfavorable characteristics, reduces the proportion of younger and increases the proportion of elderly population. Disturbed age structure has a reverse effect on the movement of the population (the size of reproductive contingent), but also to all other population structure (size of contingent employment, population, mandatory school contingent, relationship maintenance). Despite significant changes in the demographic structures of all northeastern Montenegro, retains the characteristics of ethnically very heterogeneous environment. Keywords: Northeastern Montenegro, population, population structure INTRODUCTION Question of the relationship between the economy and population can be approached from many sides, because of so much importance to attract the attention of many scientific disciplines. But, if the component is "population" in its demographic organic content, it is apparently possible to approach this issue as follows: from the standpoint 2 Journal of Studies in Social Sciences of economics, from the standpoint of science and interdisciplinary population - economic and demographic standpoint.
