How to reach Belgrade:

Belgrade can be reached by plane. There is only one airport in Belgrade, international airport Nikola Tesla. The airport is 20 km from the city center and the meeting venue. For those of you who come to the conference from the wider region, a very convenient way of transportation is door-to-door shuttle that operates from all cities in Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Hungary, Bosnia, and Montenegro to Belgrade. Transportation from the airport

This is for all of you who are coming to Belgrade by plane. Belgrade's international airport lies 20 km west of the city center. These are your options for getting to the city from the airport (Please be aware that you have to pay in RSD. You can take money from ATM, or change it at exchange office, both located at the airport; 1000 RSD is cca. 8.5 EUR, 1/8/2015):

1. Shuttle minibus A1 o it goes to ( stops in , and in front of Bus and train station) o departs from airport every 20 minutes ( till 18:40 than 19:30, 20:30, 22:00, 23:00, 00:00, 01:00, 02:00) , in front of exit from Arrival hall o timetable for shuttle bus you can find here o you will need 35 minutes to get to city o ticket can be bought from driver, and it costs 300 RSD o from Slavija square you can reach the hotel by foot in approx. 20 minutes 2. Public transport bus No. 72 o it goes to bus terminal in center of Belgrade o departs from airport every 35 minutes, in front of Departures level o you will need around 45 minutes to get to center ( it depends on trafic) o ticket you will buy from driver and it costs 145 RSD o from Zeleni venac you can reach any chosen hotel by foot in approx. 10 minutes 3. TAXI o there is a Taxi Information stand at the arrivals hall. If you wish to take a taxi to your destination, go this stand and state your destination (Hotel). You will be given a voucher with the price you will have to pay the taxi driver once you get to your destination. o the fixed price is 1800 RSD (cca 15 EUR) to any of the hotels in city center (Zone 2) o once you obtain the voucher, exit the building and get the taxi. when you get to your destination, pay the taxi driver the fee stated in the voucher 4. Shuttle arranged with the hotel o Conference pre-booked hotels, Majestic, Moskva and Palace (see hotel info bellow), offer shuttle service from the airport to the hotel: For hotel Palace it costs 20 EUR and it is paid directly to the driver and for hotel Majestic the cost is 1800 RSD (15 EUR).

Accomodation in Belgrade:

The organizers have made a good deal with Hotel Palace, Hotel Majestic and Hotel Moskva, which are situated right in the middle of Belgrade and within the walking distance from the meeting venue.
