2020 vision strategic plan 2012−2020 president’s message WE ARE PLEASED to share our strategic plan with you. We believe that our constituents deserve high-quality, lifelong learning strategies, services and environments provided in a flexible and adaptive manner. This plan was developed through the Higher Learning Commission Vital Focus process which involved a wide variety of stakeholders. The Vital Focus process was designed to engage college constituents to make a difference, to gather perspective about what is important now and into the future and to tap ideas and build commitment from numerous resources. A fifteen member Strategic Planning Work Group was appointed by nominations and approved by the President’s Cabinet in 2012. This work group was facilitated by Dean of Research, Planning & Effectiveness, Dr. Margie Tomsic. The work group carried forth a process to reaffirm Saint Paul College’s 2020 Vision Strategic Plan.
