WORKING EXPERIENCE AND ACHIEVEMENTS Full-Time Work 1. December 2004 up to present: Assistant Professor of International Law, Xiamen University School of Law. I mainly teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses including International Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration, International Sales Contract (CISG), Case Study of International Law, Case Study of International Arbitration and Legal English. I am also the chief coach for the University teams for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition (Vienna) and the Philip C. Vis Moots in the past years, too. Concurrent Work 1. April 2005 up to present: Deputy Secretary-General, the Administrative Council of Xiamen Academy of International Law. I am mainly responsible for the routine operation of the administrative work Xiamen Academy, especially the organizing work of the 2006 and 2007 Summer Programs and the Curatorium Meeting of the Academy. 2. December 2004 up to present: Editor for Journal of International Economic Law, the official journal of Chinese Society of International Economic Law. 3. April 2006 up to present: Legal Consultant and Expert, Fidelity Law Firm of Xiamen (mainly dealing with foreign-related commercial cases and translation of legal documents). 4. December 2007 up to present: Arbitrator, Xiamen Arbitration Commission.
