The sate is conducted in tonus of the rules of the Court, which provide that it shall be wfthout reserve but subject to the condition that the Sheriff requires to be uUisfied that Um highest price offered is reasoiuible, having regard to the dicamstances of time and place and the state of the prc^>erty.
