The first floor is 4984 ft2, providing 12 offices for a maximum 45 people. There are also 2 meeting rooms - both for 8 people with video-conferencing - and 2 bleacher style, informal meeting spaces for up to 12 people. There are 12 offices on the second floor providing space for maximum 46 people. The second floor also has capacity for 15 open-plan, co-working spaces; as well as 2 meeting rooms. The second floor is much more open-plan and has multiple 'break-out zones' that provide relaxed soft seating areas. What's more, there are plenty of board games and two video-game stations for you to really 'switch off' before heading back to the grind. The Hubb has fully-equipped kitchens on both floors. We have Nespresso machines, complete with a frothy milk dispenser on first and second floors. If coffee isn't your thing, we have a selection of teas, hot chocolate, as well as soft drinks. Our biscuit barrels are always filled, and the fruit bowl replenished. If that wasn't enough, the Hubb also hosts at least one event for its Hubb'rs each month.
