Marla Ackerson Gault John (Randy) Ayre Class of '56 Class of '56 Occupation: international corporate attorney Family: I have lost two wives but have 8 kids and 24 grandchildren Interests: tennis, pickleball, golf and music Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I have been fortunate to be able to provide legal services around the world with Baker and Mckenzie (lived in Prague and Frankfurt) but traveled all over Eastern Europe; served legal missions for the Mormon church in the former Soviet Union, Philippines, Chile and BYU Hawaii and before that was an officer and chief legal counsel for Boise Cascade Corporation. Lawrence (Larry) Bell Thomas (Tom) Belliston Class of '56 Class of '56 Occupation: Retired Colonel, Destination Discovery Family: Married to Peggy McCool Bell, 6 children, 22 grandchildren Interests: Family, Travel, History, Art, Teaching Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: U of U graduate in Political Science and commission in USAF. 10 years in B-52s and 20 years in Intelligence. Masters in Middle East Area Studies and Arabic from U of U. Worked as Middle East current intelligence analyst at DIA in Pentagon. Traveled extensively in Middle East (personally briefed President Mubarak of Egypt) and Africa (Africa Branch Chief on Joint Chiefs of Staff). Served in 2 diplomatic assignments in US Embassies in Rabat, Morocco (Director of Morocco/US Liaison Office) and Paris (Air/Defense Attache). My background and experience have developed in me a passion for travel. I returned and worked as an 13 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren. Achieved Ph.D in 2004. electronic technician for a few years.. Graduated from the U of U Missionary at Conference Center, SLC, UT for six years. Pianist at with a BS degree . Graduated from Case Western Reserve U in Conference Center, SLC, UT for eight years. LDS Ward and Stake 1970 with a dental degree . Later attended Loma Linda U. and Music involvement for 50 years. Author for Glencoe-McGraw-Hill received an Anesthesia permit. Work with Special Management Publishing Co. in Business Ed. Contract Teacher for 28 years; Dental Patients . Retired a few years ago, and now serving in the Substitute Teacher for 9 years. Oakland temple. I am involved with Angle Flight West and fly medically comprised patients from remote locations to major medical centers. Charles Boynton William (Bill) Bradshaw Class of '56 Class of '56 Occupation: Retired - BYU faculty Family: 5 children, 18 grandchildren, 1 great grand child Interests: Science education, LDS LGBTQ ally Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Almost 40 years in teaching and research (molecular biology) at BYU. Active in LDS Family Fellowship, support group for parents of LGBTQ children. Actively publishing results of comprehensive survey of LDS gay/lesbian persons. Die hard Red Sox fan. Remember East High experience fondly. I have been her caregiver for grandchildren. 6+ years. Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: 1956 graduated from East High. 1961 graduated from Univ. of Utah after a 6 month stint in the US Coast Guard. Worked for IBM and Sperry Univac for almost 25 years. Also worked for Randolph Computer and MLC CAD Systems. Moved from Salt Lake City to San Diego, California and then to Dallas, Texas; where we live today.Started Thomas Brown and Associates a Life and Health Insurance company, specializing in Senior Health products.
