  • Martin Gay Producer Paper Nathan Adam Mark Endert Mark Endert
Martin Gay Producer Paper Nathan Adam Mark Endert Mark Endert grew up idolizing producers rather than the musicians admired by his peers. “...Even when I was very young I wanted to work in the behind-the-scenes part of record making.”2, reflects Endert in his Nettwerk profile online. From the beginning, Endert chased his dreams in the record-making process and the recordings themselves, and it was this single- minded dedication that drove him to his success, as well as the doorstep of a nearby studio that would be very impressed with his well-educated interview. At the age of 17, he began working at The Village Recorder studio in LA as “tea boy”2. It was not long, however, before Endert was setting up Sony Music Studios in LA and took the role of chief engineer. He took to a freelance work strategy soon after his “claim to fame” work on Fiona Apple’s debut album “Tidal”2. Soon, he was working with Madonna, becoming a widely-known producer in the industry. Like many widely-successful producers, Mark Endert wears many hats. His resume includes roles under such titles as Producer, Co-Producer, Mixer, Recordist, and Additional Production1. In a “Sound On Sound” article from Sept. 2007, Endert was praised for his versatility and involvement in Maroon 5’s blahhhh single from their second album, “It Won’t Be Long Before Soon”. As Producer, Co-Producer, and Mixer, Endert was a very significant influence on the multi-platinum album. Mark began to take and increased interest in mixing after working on the production end for the majority of his early career.

Titel doctoraalscriptie De dj als superster Universiteit Universiteit van Utrecht Auteur J.H. Meeuwissen Studierichting Taal en Cultuurstudies Adres Waalstraat 93hs Specialisatie Kunstbeleid en Management Woonplaats Amsterdam Eerste lezer drs. Ingmar Leijen Telefoon 06-51819744 Tweede lezer dr.

  • Leksykon Polskiej I Światowej Muzyki Elektronicznej
Piotr Mulawka Leksykon polskiej i światowej muzyki elektronicznej „Zrealizowano w ramach programu stypendialnego Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego-Kultura w sieci” Wydawca: Piotr Mulawka [email protected] © 2020 Wszelkie prawa zastrzeżone ISBN 978-83-943331-4-0 2 Przedmowa Muzyka elektroniczna narodziła się w latach 50-tych XX wieku, a do jej powstania przyczyniły się zdobycze techniki z końca XIX wieku m.in. telefon- pierwsze urządzenie służące do przesyłania dźwięków na odległość (Aleksander Graham Bell), fonograf- pierwsze urządzenie zapisujące dźwięk (Thomas Alv Edison 1877), gramofon (Emile Berliner 1887). (śpiew ptaków, hałas uliczny, rozmowy) i próbował je przekształcać. Tak powstała muzyka nazwana konkretną (fr. musigue concrete). W tym samym roku wyemitował w radiu „Koncert szumów”. Jego najważniejszą kompozycją okazał się utwór pt. „Symphonie pour un homme seul” z 1950 roku. W kolejnych latach muzykę konkretną łączono z muzyką tradycyjną. Oto pionierzy tego eksperymentu: John Cage i Yannis Xenakis. Muzyka konkretna pojawiła się w kompozycji Rogera Watersa. Utwór ten trafił na ścieżkę dźwiękową do filmu „The Body” (1970). Grupa Beaver and Krause wprowadziła muzykę konkretną do utworu „Walking Green Algae Blues” z albumu „In A Wild Sanctuary” (1970), a zespół Pink Floyd w „Animals” (1977). Pierwsze próby tworzenia muzyki elektronicznej miały miejsce w Darmstadt (w Niemczech) na Międzynarodowych Kursach Nowej Muzyki w 1950 roku. W 1951 roku powstało pierwsze studio muzyki elektronicznej przy Rozgłośni Radia Zachodnioniemieckiego w Kolonii (NWDR- Nordwestdeutscher Rundfunk). Tu tworzyli: H. Eimert (Glockenspiel 1953), K. Stockhausen (Elektronische Studie I, II-1951-1954), H.
