Higher gasoline prices

I would like to know why the gas prices in Volusia County are so high? Down in Orlando, it is 20 cents less. Why are we paying more for gas than Orlando? This county is getting worse every day. (Editor’s note: 20 cents less may be a bit much, it was 9 cents Dec. 18, according to AAA. But Orlando’s gasoline tax is 6 cents lower than Volusia, where there isn’t a toll road in sight.)
