FOLLOW THE OWLS • The Cherry and White finished the 2020-21 season with a final record of 4-5-1 (AAC 2-5-1). Houston 0-0 2-0 have met with a contest record of 8-5-0. The last meeting came in 2019, resulting in a T1. USF 0-0 2-0 2-0 loss at Penn. Temple opened the 2021 season on Thursday with a loss 3-0 loss to T3. SMU 0-0 1-0 Maryland while Penn will take to the pitch for the first time this year. This match will T3. UCF 0-0 1-0 T5. Cincinnati 0-0 1-0-1 mark the first time the Quakers have competed since Nov. 9, 2019, after facing the T5. Memphis 0-0 1-0-1 cancelation of the 2020 season by the Ivy League due to COVID-19. 7. East Carolina 0-0 1-1 8. Temple 0-0 0-1 HEAD COACH NICK BOCHETTE RETURNS FOR HIS FIRST FALL SEASON 9. Tulsa 0-0 0-2 Bochette enters his second year at the helm for the Owls after being hired in January of 2020. Despite the postponement of the 2020 fall season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bochette and the Owls played the regular season in the spring for the first time in program history and posted a 4-5-1 record. Bochette comes to Temple from an impres- sive run as Head Coach at UAlbany. During his tenure at Albany, Bochette led the Great PROGRAM INFORMATION Danes to three NCAA Tournament Appearances (2015, 2016, 2018), three America East Championships (2015, 2016, 2018) and holds the program record for wins and winning ALL-TIME percentage in a single season (2018).
