Definities 1. Doel en functie integrale stadsdeelbeschrijving De Integrale Stadsdeelbeschrijvingen (ISB) schetsen een beeld van een stadsdeel aan de hand van kwantitatieve gegevens, feitelijke beschrijvingen en kwalitatieve beoordelingen. Gemeentelijke dien- sten en de politie gebruiken dit document als referentiekader bij het opstellen van stadsdeel- en jaar- werkplannen. Een ISB geeft inzicht in de structuur van het stadsdeel, wat betreft bevolking, woningvoorraad, ver- keer, winkelbestand, voorzieningen enzovoort. Daarnaast staan de problemen beschreven op het ni- veau van het stadsdeel als geheel en in de afzonderlijke wijken en buurten.
