Project Description : FURNISHING OF LABOR, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR EXCAVATION, PIPELAYING, JOINTING AND OTHER CIVIL WORKS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF NEW PIPELINES AND FITTINGS AT SITIO LAYUAN, BRGY. OGOD AND SITIO MABINIT, BRGY. TUPAS, DONSOL, SORSOGON.

Please quote your lowest price on the item(s) listed, subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative in a sealed envelope to the Bids And Award Committee of Donsol Water District with a mailing address @ National Road, Rawis, Donsol Sorsogon during office hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 26, 2021.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All entries must be type written or legibly written

2. Administrative penalties pursuant to Section 69 of the Revised IRR-RA 9184 shall be imposed for non-compliance of contract without valid reason.

3. Price Validity shall be for a period of 30 calendar days.

4. Warranty of work shall be six (6) months from final acceptance.

5. The awarding of this RFQ will be on a lump sum basis. Prospective Labor “Pakyaw” Contractor must quote for the item. Otherwise, they will be subjected for disqualification.

6. The DONSOL WATER DISTRICT reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected suppliers.

7. Pakyaw Labor Contractor must be a resident of Poblacion, Donsol Sorsogon. Community Tax Certificate, Barangay Clearance and any government documents showing that the bidder is a resident of Poblacion, Donsol, Sorsogon.

9. All required Philippine Taxes must be included in the bid proposal.

10. The approved budget ceiling for this procurement is Eight Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos & .86/100 (Php 809,670.86)

11. Request for quotation form can be downloaded free of charge from website of the Philippine Government Procurement System (PhilGEPS) www.PhilGEPS.net

12. Sealed legal requirements which refer to nos. 6 and 11 should be labeled Envelope no.1

13. Sealed quotation labeled as no. 2 must be delivered/sent to the address below on or before April 26, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. together with envelope no. 1 (sealed legal documents)
