Phi Theta Kappa New Member Checklist
1. Achieve a College Level GPA of 3.5 or greater with 15 credits or more
2. Complete the Phi Theta Kappa Membership Profile Form
3. Obtain an unofficial transcript:
Online: go to OASIS, linked to from Olympic College’s home page, and click on the link for getting your unofficial transcript. In Bremerton: obtain a copy from Registration and Records on the 1st floor of the HSS, or from OASIS on any open lab computer on campus. In Shelton: from one of the student kiosks located in the Main Office. In Poulsbo: go to Student Services, or access OASIS from any open lab computer.
4. Pay dues of $80. Lifetime membership. Make checks payable to: Olympic College.
In Bremerton: at the Cashier’s office (1st floor of the HSS Building). In Shelton: at the Main Office In Poulsbo: go to Student Services
5. Application, transcript, and receipt of payment should be returned to: In Bremerton: The Phi Theta Kappa Office located in the Bremer Student Center, room 115. In Shelton and Poulsbo: Send envelope via inter-office mail to the Phi Theta Kappa Office located in the Bremer Student Center, room 115.
Once you have paid your dues, you are considered a member of Phi Theta Kappa. You are encouraged to attend Chapter meetings. Notification of meetings will be made via email or posted in the Phi Theta Kappa office or on the chapter webpage:

To save funds, a large amount of our communication will be done via e-mail. If you do not have an email address, please indicate as such on the Phi Theta Kappa Membership Profile Form and it will be sent via postal mail.
