BODYATTACK™- is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! BODYCOMBAT™- is the empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed! This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as , , , and . You'll , , and your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. BODYPUMP- *SEE YOUTH ATTENDANCE POLICY* the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. BOOM!- A Men’s Only weight training class that will challenge your current fitness level. Designed specifically for Baby Boomers, participants will use a variety of techniques and equipment including BOSU, free weights, stability balls, and benches. Each exercise is modified to work with your health and fitness level. You will leave feeling accomplished and strong! Cardio Dance Party - Cardio Dance Party is a variety of dance formats with high energy music that will burn calories and make your workout fun! This is for all fitness levels. If you can move, you can groove! CXWORX™ - hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It’ll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger! Cycle– Focuses on proper alignment and cycling techniques using specifically designed studio bikes. Bring towel and water– you control your own pace. Fitness Freestyle – A hardcore class that will challenge your entire body! Come open to anything! FUNctional Fitness – This class incorporates a variety of fitness styles; cardio, weights, resistance training, balance and flexibility, to give you a complete workout! This class is for beginners to intermediate and for all ages. Road Cycle- Road cycle is perfect for those new to spin class as well as for the cyclist that is looking to train for performance on the road or trails! This class focuses on interval training at or above threshold level and corresponding recovery periods to improve performance. SilverSneakers® Classic - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Spartacus- *SEE YOUTH ATTENDANCE POLICY* Come challenge your body and cardio! Using circuit like stations, you will chisel and sculpt your body to perfection! For beginners to Advanced! Teen Freestyle- Middle or high school youth will build cardio endurance and knowledge about working out. Your teen will also enjoy burning off some energy in a fun, energetic environment. TRX®- A Total Body workout using suspension training at its finest! Use your body weight to change your body! Instructed by TRX Certified instructors, you will love switching up your workout! For beginners to the elite.

Classes are open to all exercise levels, with alternative movements offered for different skill levels to maximize your personal workout. Our instructors are happy to give additional guidance to beginners, just introduce yourself before class!
