Councillor Farrell rose on a Question of Privilege regarding temporarily disconnecting the public telephone bridge for this item. Moved by Councillor Farkas That with respect to Report CPS2020-0406, the following be approved: That Standing Policy Committee on Community and Protective Services recommend that Council receive this report for the Corporate Record.
