We wish you lots of success as you begin your new journey! The impact of the global pandemic can’t be underestimated. At Salford, we’re working hard to make sure that your student experience is the best that it can be. Your safety, and that of the whole University community, is our priority. Since September there have been some changes to our usual way of operating. As you go around campus you’ll see signs in key areas telling you how best to use spaces safely, there are sanitisation stations at key points and cleaning will be stepped up, so say hi to the team when you see them. You may see some of our colleagues with face coverings on, this is for your and their safety – don’t worry, they’re still smiling behind them! The way you use some of our spaces will be different, there might be limits on the number of you that can be there at any one time or distancing between desks to make sure we’re all adhering to the latest government guidelines. All our askUS teams and the Students’ Union services will be here for you (they’ve not stopped working A MESSAGE FROM OUR even whilst campus was closed) and are excited to A MESSAGE FROM OUR meet you, albeit virtually in some instances.
