Guidelines for members

1. Where do I log on to my SAEF profile? https://www.logix.org.za/newlogix/SAEF/SAEF_HOME.php
2. Where do I register as a new member? Please click on the link below, it is a very easy, 1 page document you need to complete. You can also make payment through the PayFast System at the same time. Please ensure that your password is no longer than 8 characters. https://www.logix.org.za/newlogix/SAEF/SAEF_Registration.php?lang=E&Open=IND
3. Do officials, coaches, administrators or committee members have to register with the SAEF? Yes, all officials, coaches and serving SAEF committee members (all disciplines, clubs and federations) must be registered with the SAEF. There is no charge for this membership.
4. When I log in, it goes back to the home page. Please ensure that you are using the correct email address, also ensure that if and when you changed your password, that it is no longer than 8 characters. If it is, then only use the first 8 characters of your password to log in with.
5. What if I have forgotten my login email address or password? The SAEF is sending personalised Pro Forma invoices to members on the email address that is registered with the SAEF. These mails include their SAEF number. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it, by using your email address and membership number.
6. I would like to change details on my profile e.g. email address or club or discipline, etc Log in, go to update my profile and make the necessary changes. Note that the new email address will become your log in address.
7. I want to add a family member to my profile, can I use the same email address? Yes you can, but the password must be different to your password (maximum 8 characters) in order to allow the system to distinguish between yourself and the new member.
8. Do horses have to be registered with the SAEF? No, they do not currently have to be registered with the SAEF. You need to register your horse/s with the discipline you participate in. Your horse’s passport however, needs to be stamped by the SAEF for validation. Queries to [email protected].
