Order:- In the Government Order first read above, the Government have approved the Notification Under sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) submitted by District Revenue Officer Tiruppur for the acquisition of Sarkar Manai and Dry Lands measuring to an extent of 871 sq. mtrs. in Palladam Taluk, Naranapuram village in Tiruppur District for widening of Palladam – Avinashi road as two way Highways road. Now the District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur has sent Errata proposal to the Notification No.18, Published at pages 232-234., of part II Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Dated: 9th May 2012 and requested approval of the Government. 2. The Government after careful examination approve the Erratta, proposal by the District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur and direct that the Notification Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002), published at pages 232-234, of Part II Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Dated 9th May 2012 be amended as in the Notification appended to this order. 3. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to publish the Notification appended to this order in the next issue of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and to furnish ten copies of the Gazette in which the Notification is published to Government in Highways and minor Ports Department and District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur. Paramasivam 47 Problems Faced by Female Child Labor Introduction: Child labor in India is to be found in almost every sector of the informal economy. Despite India´s fast economic growth since the 1990s, many challenges remain for youth at risk, particularly the girl child. The Indian Girl Child who faces gender discrimination on various levels. Due to her lower status in the society, a girl child laborer is even more deprived. Child labor is still a prevalent issue in India. Gender is a crucial determinant of whether a child engages in labour. While child labour is an infringement of the rights of all children boys and girls alike girls often start working at an earlier age than boys, Girls also tend to do more work in the home than boys. Hence, this study focused on what are the problems faced by female child labor and their socio- economic conditions in Palldam taluk of Tirupur District of Tamilnadu. Child Labour All those persons who are engaged in an economic activity between5- 14 years of age, have been taken as the working children. Situation of Girl Child Laborers Worldwide domestic and household work is very often not seen as work as such. Also, if a girl helps her mother in the household, it is in most parts unrecognized because home-based work is seen as an unskilled nature with low status.
